Undoubtedly, Prisma Park is one of the best entertainment centers for children in Minsk. I could not have imagined that in my 40s I would even have the desire to write a review or comment on anything, it turned out I was wrong! We celebrated our son's birthday, everyone is +/- 10, five boys. I picked up after school, trips to Zaslavl (the city of Rognedy and Izyaslav), at 14.20. At 15.00 we were in the park. Running to the front - the last ones left, at 21.50)) The children were absolutely delighted! I won't talk about diversity - you can read it on the website. I'll tell you about my impressions! Everything is fine, I will immediately mention two girls from the staff with whom I interacted more, the waiter of Milan and the girl on the climbing wall, I did not specify the name. In general, if everyone treated their customers (adults, children), as well as their duties as they do, we would be satisfied with the service in any institution! If all the staff in the park is like this, then there is no doubt that wise people work in the management. Even if not all of the staff are like that yet, I'm sure the goal is obvious * everything is for people*. As an adult, the center itself impressed me with its thoughtful approach to everything.: - reception and cloakroom facilities - access control system - shoe storage area - video surveillance system - the possibility of entering the park from two floors - the size and variety of entertainment - the possibility of holding events both in the common room and in privacy, in rooms on the second floor - excellent menu for both children's parties and adults In general, I RECOMMEND it to everyone! Score FIVE! Come with good expectations for great emotions. What else can I add, I will leave this review everywhere, because the rating is appropriate. Yes, next time I visit, I'll definitely be able to watch a movie! I am sure that if the center is like this, then the cinemas will be the best in our country. But I'll evaluate it in fact, in a new review.

We went yesterday with the children (10, 12 years old). We stayed for 2.5 hours right away, then - after Burger King and shopping - for another hour. It's cool that the ticket is for the whole day, you can also redo your own business. For the first hour, while the children were learning everything, I stood in line for the Slide to the sky)) Of course, there would have been a couple of instructors there, and things would have gone faster. The staff is friendly, the girls are cute. The children said they would definitely come here on their birthday, and that was for sure at 5 o'clock) As a family with many children, this pastime cost us 40 rubles for two people plus 20 rubles in points. In general, I recommend it!

We would like to share our impressions of celebrating our daughter's birthday at Prisma Park. We have been looking for a place for a long time where it will be interesting for children and comfortable for adults, and we found it here! While the children were completely delighted frolicking on the rides, our group of adults could calmly sit at a table, chat and relax. I can't help but mention the friendly and helpful staff who were always on hand. We would like to say a special THANKS to the waiter Renat! He didn't just do his job professionally, but created a good mood — he was very pleasant, positive and attentive. The food was delicious and of high quality. In general, I liked everything without exception! We got exactly the holiday we dreamed of. We recommend it!
