I visited the Single Window of the Yunusabad branch to delete the EDS keys. The staff showed incompetence by demanding extra documents, and the employee from the 6th window refused to work because of lunch, although lunch was from 13.00-14.00, and I had to contact the Mirzo-Ulugbek branch at 12:07, where everything was done quickly and professionally. It's just an outrage. To submit the documents for the category, I came 3 times. The staff is dumb, it can't be further. Just to serve my time. Once, due to the long queue, I was unable to submit my documents at all. They sent it the second time, but not all of them, the certificate was not sent, and as a result, I lost time for a week. The second time, only one certificate was sent, instead of two, as a result, I lost a week again. While I was walking, the money for the certification just burned up. Because the duration of all this nonsense is only 21 days. I've been poking around on their website and sent all the documents myself. By the way, the money for the certification is debited from the card automatically, but due to the failure of the system, they withdrew 600 thousand instead of 175 thousand. The money also had to be returned through a single window, and for this you have to go there again and queue again. And by the way, when I sold the car a couple of times, both times I did not receive a certificate stating that I was not married. They promised that they would notify you via SMS. But that didn't happen. And I paid the fee both times.

They received pinfl. The queues are decent, but the staff work clearly. They help, they prompt. There are problems with understanding the local logistics, however, anything is possible. Inside you can buy coffee and water. In the photo, the toilet is in the far left corner on the ground floor.

We received pinfl, it took about 3+ hours. They were standing in the same office behind the foreign country and behind the pinfl, really a "single window". The MFC has a toilet, a cafe, armchairs / sofas, so the wait was not so tedious.
