Everything was examined, blood, urine,ultrasound, treatment was prescribed, the courier brought the medicine home, everything was free of charge under insurance, first we talked with a translator on the phone, then with the reception desk, the young man spoke Russian and became our translator, the staff speaks mainly Arabic, all the test results were sent by mail!

I got caught on insurance, sprained shin muscles (suspected fracture) Everything is at the highest level. Of course, due to the fact that the insurance approvals were very long, but there are no complaints about the hospital. They even helped us communicate through a translator.

I visited this hospital on insurance. Mom had high blood pressure, she contacted the insurance company, they said they needed to come to the hospital by taxi, and they arrived. The Emergency reception didn't immediately understand what we wanted. Registration took 30 minutes, followed by an hour of waiting, after which the m/s measured blood pressure (at that time, after the medications we took, it was 165/90), saturation and growth....We spent another hour waiting for a doctor's checkup, and somehow we talked through a translator on the phone. Another 30 minutes of waiting, blood was taken from a vein and an ECG was performed. Another hour of waiting, after which the doctor says you need to take more blood....why, after all, they took it, but why did m/s have two test tubes in the tray, and she took only one...Was it a mistake or carelessness on her part? Mom refused to take blood again. It's very cold in the hospital, which I'm used to with air conditioners, but there's really a glacier, so I asked for something warm for my mom, and they gave me a blanket. As a result, we spent more than 4 hours in the hospital, where they did not help us with high blood pressure-they did not give us an injection or an IV, they did not prescribe any medications!!! They offered hospitalization, which my mother refused. If they didn't help her in the ambulance, then it's terrible to imagine what could have happened in the hospital! Thanks to the insurance company that they didn't charge us a penny, we only paid for the taxi, and then we bought the medicines ourselves (mom is a doctor in Russia, 40 years of experience)

I just don't give a damn about tourists and their pole.wait 2-3 hours for confirmation of each action of the doctors.as a result, after waiting 5.5 hours, they left with a paid prescription for a pharmacy ,
