We visited their restaurant earlier and it made a very good impression. We thought that the hotel also corresponded. But they were wrong. The room was on the third floor. The room is already tired and in need of renovation. The cleaning before the race was mediocre, with cobwebs hanging in the corners. The Wi-Fi connection on the third floor was very poor. The TV was working, but it wasn't picking up anything, and the administrator couldn't help. I had to buy the cable myself and connect it to my laptop. The remote wasn't working at all, most likely the batteries were dead. There is a kettle and even a coffee machine, but the water is only from the tap. There is not a single cooler on all three floors. The bathroom is sorely lacking any hooks where you could hang clothes. Cleaning was carried out daily, with replacement of towels. Well done here. The breakfasts are good.

Vegetable salads, for some inexplicable reason, turned out to be satisfying😅 The ingredients are bursting with health I did not manage to capture the exact list of dishes of my companions, the reason for this is the pleasure of my order without interrupting reality. In Uzbekistan, we drink local white, dry wine, i.e. without pretensions to bohemian drinking, but the service and attitude of the staff are presented as if we were in Italy or France, surprised. Everything is old and not very comfortable. The coffee machine doesn't really work. It gives out a couple of drops of water. The air conditioner bottle is diluted with water and stinks of rust. Drunken screams from the restaurant made it difficult to rest until midnight. On my way to the restaurant, two dogs attacked me through their garden. They got their trousers dirty and chewed through the laces on their sneakers. It's not the first time I've stayed there (it's never been such a mess before), but it's definitely the last time.

The price is reasonable, the quality of the room itself, equipment and comfort in the room completely satisfied. The reception liked the copies of the frescoes. It is simple and adjusts to the history of the city and region. Accommodation and a great restaurant at the hotel is a great bundle. Coffee machine, safe, slippers, tea, TV, coffee, shampoos, bathrobe, towels, refrigerator, air conditioning, large bed, decent linen, patio, etc. - there is everything you need. The staff solves the problems that have arisen with dignity. My friends, at their request, were moved to another room. There are rooms of different comfort, the territory and area of the hotel are decent. The staff is polite, attentive, always say hello, smile. The room is clean, tidying up regularly. Food can be brought to the room. A decent breakfast in the morning. The area is quiet. Although I was picked up on excursions, but in piincip it is not very far to some historical monuments, you can walk if you are able to walk from 30 minutes to 1 hour. The result: a great mood and a wonderful vacation! I recommend.

Very decent hotel, clean, comfortable mattresses and pillows, carefully cleaned, tea assortment, coffee machine in the room. We had a broken kettle, they brought us tea from the restaurant for free. Small disadvantages in the room: attic floor, window upstairs, little light for reading and embroidery, not enough to look out the window. The curtain on this window is not firmly attached, it can fall on the heads of people who sleep on the bed under this window. In the evenings, music comes from the restaurant. In general, it's a very decent option, but you have to walk to Registan Square for 10 minutes, it's convenient if you want to walk. It takes 20-25 minutes to walk to the old market or Bibi Khanum from the hotel. The staff is very friendly, helpful, the guys are trying.

In the evening, it is better to book a table in advance.we visited three times in a week: for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The restaurant is full in the evening. We walked around the city until we were exhausted and went to have dinner at the Sycamore Tree.... We were fed so well that I know for sure that next time I will go to Samarkand for two or three days and will live and eat in Planan.
