A great store with excellent consultants. Some individual products can only be found here. I was looking for a Cougar chair, it is only available in DNS from all over Belarus. I would like to mention the attitude of the staff towards the clients. Alexander, an employee of the remote sales department, is an excellent specialist who helped to place an order quickly and answered all questions, as well as wished him a happy birthday and made a small discount :) It is extremely rare to have such a pleasant impression of communicating with consultants, and I have never seen such attentive treatment of clients anywhere else.

The store is interesting, you can find everything you need for a PC, and the prices are reasonable. I didn't like the service, there were zero consultations, I wanted to buy a monitor, I didn't make up my mind, I stomped for 40 minutes, the sellers and consultants didn't care, I tried to catch at least someone. Couldn't choose for himself, left the store without buying.

Today I bought a type A27 battery for a vacuum cleaner. It turned out to be non-working. I called the phone number listed on the website, asking if I could get a refund for a low-quality product. They replied that yes, of course. I went to the store with a non-working battery and a receipt. I explained everything - they refused to refund the money for the product. They said there was something wrong with the vacuum cleaner! I left an entry in the book of complaints and suggestions! DNS in the Shchomyslitsky village council, I wish they would focus on working with customers! I give 3 points for the fact that there is absolutely no respect for the time of customers and buyers!
