My stay at Hilton Palm Jumeirah was generally acceptable; however, what occurred during the check-out process was disappointing and concerning. After checking out of room 513 on 06.02.2026 at 11:30 a.m., I remained in the hotel lobby until 11:45 a.m. while waiting for a taxi. During this time, I accidentally left behind a shopping bag from Stockmann (a store located in Russia) on the sofa where I was seated in the lobby. The bag contained three items. After leaving the hotel, I remembered the bag and returned approximately one hour later, arriving back at the hotel at 1:00 p.m. Upon my return, I provided the front desk staff with all the required details, including: • a description of the bag and its contents; • the location where I was seated in the lobby; • the time of my departure and return. Although my absence from the hotel did not exceed one hour, handling the matter required nearly two hours of waiting (from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.), during which I was repeatedly asked to wait under the pretext of reviewing the CCTV footage, without any clear outcome. What surprised and frustrated me was that the time spent reviewing the surveillance cameras exceeded the duration of my absence from the hotel itself, which reflects an unjustified delay in handling guests’ belongings and constitutes a waste of a guest’s time after the end of their stay. Ultimately, I was informed that another individual had taken the bag, that the hotel attempted to contact this person without success, and that I was later told the individual had left the country by airplane. On the following morning, I contacted the employee who handled my check-out by phone; however, I did not receive any response thereafter. I do not understand the reason for such neglect and lack of concern for hotel guests. I expected a faster, more serious, and more professional response from an international hotel brand such as Hilton, especially in a city known for its high level of safety like Dubai. Unfortunately, this experience negatively affected my overall impression of the hotel. كانت إقامتي في فندق هيلتون بالم جميرا مقبولة بشكل عام، إلا أن ما حدث عند تسجيل الخروج كان مخيبًا للآمال ومثيرًا للقلق. بعد تسجيل الخروج بتاريخ 06.02.2026 من الغرفة رقم 513 في تمام الساعة 11:30 صباحًا، جلست في بهو الفندق حتى الساعة 11:45 بانتظار سيارة أجرة. وخلال هذه الفترة، نسيت كيس تسوق من متجر Stockmann (وهو متجر موجود في روسيا )على الأريكة التي كنت أجلس عليها في اللوبي، وكان يوجد ٣ أغراض داخله. بعد مغادرتي الفندق، تذكّرت الكيس، واستغرق الطريق للعودة حوالي ساعة، حيث وصلت إلى الفندق مجددًا عند الساعة 13:00. فور وصولي، قدّمت لموظفي الاستقبال جميع التفاصيل المطلوبة بدقة، بما في ذلك: • وصف الكيس ومحتوياته • مكان جلوسي في اللوبي • توقيت مغادرتي وعودتي رغم أن مدة غيابي عن الفندق لم تتجاوز ساعة واحدة، استغرق التعامل مع الموضوع قرابة ساعتين من الانتظار (من الساعة 13:00 حتى 15:00)، حيث طُلب مني الانتظار مرارًا بحجة مراجعة كاميرات المراقبة، دون الحصول على أي نتيجة واضحة. ما أثار استغرابي واستيائي هو أن الوقت الذي استغرقه الفندق لمراجعة كاميرات المراقبة كان أطول من مدة غيابي عن الفندق نفسه، وهو ما يعكس بطئًا غير مبرر في التعامل مع ممتلكات الضيوف ويُعد إهدارًا لوقت النزيل بعد انتهاء إقامته في نهاية المطاف، أُبلغت بأن شخصًا آخر أخذ الكيس، وأن الفندق حاول التواصل معه دون جدوى، ثم تم إعلامي لاحقًا بأن هذا الشخص غادر الدولة على متن طائرة. و في صباح اليوم التالي، تواصلت مع الموظف الذي قام بإجراءات تسجيل خروجي من الفندق عبر الهاتف…. إلا أنني لم أتلقَّ أي رد بعد ذلك، وهو أمر لم أفهم سببه لماذا الإهمال وعدم اللامبالاة ب الضيوف. كنت أتوقع من فندق عالمي مثل هيلتون، وفي مدينة تُعرف بمستوى الأمان العالي مثل دبي، تعاملًا أسرع وأكثر جدية واحترافية في مثل هذه الحالات. للأسف، هذه التجربة أثّرت سلبًا على انطباعي العام عن الفندق. Моё пребывание в отеле Hilton Palm Jumeirah в целом было удовлетворительным, однако ситуация, произошедшая при выезде, оказалась разочаровывающей и вызывающей обеспокоенность. После выезда из номера 513 06.02.2026 в 11:30 утра я находилась в лобби отеля до 11:45, ожидая такси. В этот период я по невнимательности оставила на диване в лобби пакет для покупок из магазина Stockmann (магазин, расположенный в России), внутри которого находились три предмета. После отъезда из отеля я вспомнила о пакете и вернулась примерно через час, прибыв в отель в 13:00. По прибытии я предоставила сотрудникам стойки регистрации всю необходимую информацию, включая: • описание пакета и его содержимого; • место, где я сидела в лобби; • время моего отъезда и возвращения. Несмотря на то что моё отсутствие в отеле не превышало одного часа, рассмотрение ситуации заняло почти два часа ожидания (с 13:00 до 15:00). Меня неоднократно просили подождать под предлогом проверки камер видеонаблюдения, однако без какого-либо чёткого результата. Особое удивление и недовольство у меня вызвало то, что время, затраченное на проверку камер наблюдения, превысило продолжительность моего отсутствия в отеле, что свидетельствует о необоснованной задержке в обращении с имуществом гостей и является пустой тратой времени гостьи после завершения её пребывания. В итоге мне сообщили, что пакет был взят другим лицом, что отель безуспешно пытался связаться с этим человеком, а позднее мне сообщили, что данный человек покинул страну авиарейсом. На следующее утро я связалась по телефону с сотрудником, оформлявшим мой выезд из отеля, однако после этого не получила никакого ответа. Мне непонятны причины такого пренебрежительного и безразличного отношения к гостям. Я ожидала от отеля международного уровня, такого как Hilton, и в городе с высоким уровнем безопасности, как Дубай, более оперативного, серьёзного и профессионального подхода к подобным ситуациям. К сожалению, данный инцидент негативно повлиял на моё общее впечатление об отеле.. Moj boravak u hotelu Hilton Palm Jumeirah bio je uglavnom zadovoljavajući, međutim ono što se dogodilo prilikom odjave bilo je razočaravajuće i zabrinjavajuće. Nakon odjave iz sobe broj 513 dana 06.02.2026. u 11:30, zadržala sam se u hotelskom lobiju do 11:45, čekajući taksi. Tokom tog vremena sam nepažnjom ostavila kupovnu kesu iz prodavnice Stockmann (prodavnica koja se nalazi u Rusiji) na sofi na kojoj sam sedela u lobiju. U kesi su se nalazila tri predmeta. Nakon što sam napustila hotel, setila sam se kese i vratila se nakon otprilike sat vremena, stigavši u hotel u 13:00. Po povratku sam osoblju recepcije dala sve potrebne informacije, uključujući: • opis kese i njenog sadržaja; • mesto gde sam sedela u lobiju; • vreme mog odlaska i povratka. Iako moje odsustvo iz hotela nije trajalo duže od jednog sata, rešavanje ovog problema je zahtevalo gotovo dva sata čekanja (od 13:00 do 15:00), tokom kojih sam više puta zamoljena da sačekam zbog navodne provere sigurnosnih kamera, bez jasnog rezultata. Posebno me je iznenadilo i uznemirilo to što je vreme provedeno u proveri kamera bilo duže od mog odsustva iz hotela, što ukazuje na neopravdanu sporost u postupanju sa ličnim stvarima gostiju i predstavlja gubitak vremena za gošću nakon završetka boravka. Na kraju mi je saopšteno da je kesu uzeo drugi gost, da je hotel bezuspešno pokušao da stupi u kontakt s tom osobom, te da mi je kasnije rečeno da je ta osoba napustila zemlju avionom. Sledećeg jutra sam telefonom kontaktirala zaposlenog koji je obavio moju odjavu iz hotela, ali nakon toga nisam dobila nikakav odgovor. Ne razumem razloge takvog nemara i nezainteresovanosti prema gostima. Očekivala sam bržu, ozbiljniju i profesionalniju reakciju od međunarodnog hotelskog brenda kao što je Hilton, naročito u gradu koji je poznat po visokom nivou bezbednosti poput Dubaija. Nažalost, ovo iskustvo je negativno uticalo na moj celokupan utisak o hotelu.

Despite the fact that the hotel is large, there are many guests, but there is free space for everyone!! There is always free space in the lobby and on the beach, even in the elevator, there are 15 of them, there is no queue, and most often you ride in the elevator alone without neighbors, which is also quite comfortable. At breakfasts and dinners in the restaurant, there were plenty of available seats. I even managed to find a place by the pool. 3. Kitchen! It was delicious! Both breakfasts and dinners. Compared to other 5-star beach hotels in Dubai, the food here was the most delicious. Every evening there was a themed dinner - Greek, Arabic,... and even Russian cuisine. Fish, grilled meat, seafood, pastries - everything is very tasty and varied! Desserts, ice cream. 4. The beach is long, you can swim along the shore. The water in the sea is clean, the sand on the beach is without shells. On the beach, you can take a bottle of water with a bucket of ice for free. It's very convenient))). The vacation was 5 out of 5! I will definitely come back again. The child cried for the first time, leaving. The buffet is wonderful now. I was on a dairy-free diet and it didn't become a problem here, there are always vegan dishes, coffee with alternative milk, vegan croissants and all allergens are indicated, which is extremely important. The room service is good, but sometimes they forget to bring tea, and we still haven't figured out how to use the phone in the room, although it wasn't a problem everywhere and always.

There is a coffee machine in the room, capsules and cream are replenished enough, and a kettle, filtered water is left in the room per liter per person, which is enough, considering that there is also unlimited filtered bottled water on the beach.

We stayed in hotels in October 2025. Two adults and an 8-year-old child . I really liked everything . The food is very tasty , we took breakfast + dinner . You can change dinner for lunch . Or instead of dinner/lunch, go to any restaurant on site for the amount of 385 dirhams (deposit) . Cleaning twice a day. The rooms are great. We arrived at the hotel at 3.40 p.m., the room was not ready. We upgraded to a large room 120 meters away , the views are incredible.

Everything is monotonous and built on the basis of eggs in the majority. on day 5-7, you get bored and stop walking, even though everything is paid for. Prices are not cheap. On the beach, where towels are provided, a dark-skinned girl refused to give me a second towel, when I insisted and explained that I was putting one on the sunbed and drying myself from the sea with the other, she defiantly threw the second towel in front of me. I informed the receptionist, and they apologized to me, but she continued to work with the hotel guests.

Everywhere in the world, if you have a gold status, you are settled immediately. we were given a room with two small beds, although this is not the first time we have stayed, we should pay attention (all over the world, again) we were asked to change, the room was not changed. No separate breakfast for you, they constantly forgot to give you a separate menu. Only once during the whole vacation in the morning the waiter came up and brought coffee and took an order from the menu. Just once!!!! There is no late check-out either. In general, no statuses work in this hotel. On the plus side, we started cleaning the beach well, and we repaired the beds on the beach. The rooms are clean.

The most beautiful hotel. We are coming for the 3rd time. I read negative reviews (out of interest, I couldn't find fault, I admire, I think- what's not to like?) The conclusion is the same- most likely, people were counting on a different hotel format (more "luxurious" with monograms and audiences like our "stars" without a name and without taste) or counting every penny If you are open to cultures and like delicious and healthy food, you will like it. The interior is of high quality, the friendly staff remembers us, everyone from the security guard to the bosses is healthy and supports small talk. I wish there were more such places. And anyone who lacks something should try to go to a 5-star hotel in London. To take away a little bit of arrogance and return to reality. The pools are heated, the area is compact, but there is a place to walk, plus the West Beach boardwalk nearby. A kids' club with a play area on the street, the staff speaks English, but at the same time they try to attract children with crafts and drawings, although they do not understand each other. The beach is clean, across the West Beach boardwalk. Drinks can be ordered on the beach for an additional fee. Payment. But there is a nuance, a beautiful view of the yachts, but when they walk along the bay, the waves catch up. The location is at the beginning of Palma and this is a plus: we didn't feel any traffic jams, 10 minutes to the shopping center on foot, we took a taxi to the Marina, it's within 40-50 dirhams. I recommend the hotel for both adults and families with children.

A children's pool under a canopy, with shizlong bars for parents, made my vacation a vacation, not a marathon with running children. You can swim until sunset) The pool is open until 23.00, heated, beautifully illuminated in the evening, there is a bar with drinks in the center of the pool) We were in front of the NG, everything is very beautifully decorated, the staff is polite and helpful, any question is solved immediately) Of the cons: - there is no transfer to the shopping center (as, for example, in the NH Collection there is a free transfer to the Mall of the Emirates 3 times a day, very convenient), it is only by taxi everywhere or by monorail. - there are not enough dryers on the balcony or in the room (I had to dry swimsuits on chairs on the balcony). A wonderful and beautiful hotel. Spacious rooms with long balconies. There were no problems with cleaning and replenishing drinking water. Varied and delicious breakfasts, lunches and dinners, a private beach with plenty of sun beds and umbrellas, a large swimming pool. The Russian-speaking staff is definitely a big plus - they easily solved any issues. Those who are outraged by the departure at 12, read the hotel rules in advance, or check with your travel agent and pay extra for late check-out. The hotel itself provides a wonderful service for those who have a flight in the evening: free luggage storage is provided, if necessary, you can go into this room and take what you need from your suitcase; you can use the pool, the beach - towels are provided. I definitely recommend this hotel!

After a rest at this hotel, we decided to return there again, although we usually try to choose different hotels, BUT ... This time we were impressed by the rest! Firstly, the location: it is located in Dubai on a Palm Tree, from where you can get anywhere by taxi, or on a monorail, such as a small electric train. Secondly, the hotel is located on the shore of the bay, where there are various hotels along which a palm alley runs, and you can either walk along the alley, gaining mileage in the evenings, or drive for free(!) by car.At the end of the alley is the Nakhilmall shopping center, where you can buy something for relaxation or buy Newbellens sneakers at the company store, or have a snack if you only have breakfast at the hotel or half board. There are many different cafes and restaurants on the alley itself, for every taste! We have been staying at this hotel for 10 days now, for the first time I have a sincere desire to leave a review, a wonderful family hotel for a relaxing holiday, the child is two years old, I am delighted with the kids' club, we only play there in the heat, the location is good, mini cars drive along the embankment every couple of minutes, many cafes and restaurants, also nearby Mall, we got there in just a couple of minutes. I really like the cuisine at the hotel, usually everything gets boring in a week, here, on the contrary, the breakfasts and dinners are varied, probably some of the best of the many hotels we've been to, lots of fish, various meats, cheeses, seafood salads, mangoes, avocados, etc., every day I want to try everything, although we are rarely surprised by anything anymore. We were also impressed by the portioned desserts at dinner, as in good coffee shops, no sponge cakes for one taste, each one is just a work of art. The service is excellent, they calmly gave early check-in, removed the deposit when refusing the mini-bar, this is not the first time in the Hilton network, but this particular hotel was very pleased, I already want to return, I recommend it!

An amazing hotel. Everything is at the highest level. A deposit is required upon check-in..the cost depends on the number of days..you can say: pour (later..). This is not a very necessary function, since the eviction is returned in dirhams..you can also pay in cash at the hotel, so I don't see any point in leaving a deposit. Excellent service..cleaning on time as it suits you. Upon check-in, the hotel manager contacts you via WhatsApp and all issues can be resolved through him.They also charge a fee when checking in - it's a must! You don't have to pay for a mini bar..you can just say that you don't need it and it will be removed..I needed a fridge for water and smoothies. Free water daily 1 liter per person, coffee capsules and tea.. the room is comfortable..there is a shower and a bathtub. Excellent breakfasts. There are always sun beds on the beaches (it was in early May). The sea is amazing. There is no special service on the beach.. you need to take an ice bucket yourself at a beach bar or where towels are provided-but this is not a problem. Overall, I really liked the hotel!!!!I have something to compare it with)

The hotel itself left a great impression: we had a room on the 6th floor with a view of the bay - it's very beautiful. The room is large, the cleaning is done every day, everything is fine, we took breakfast and dinner: the food is very tasty, varied, any cuisine is available in the hotel. Great hotel! We ate mostly at Mowsem, the best buffet I've ever seen! The rest of the resorts can be visited for a change , they are about evening rest rather than about food . The staff is all polite, and the corporate culture is obviously at its best . In the UAE, everything is clean, tidy, and safe! One of the advantages is the location and the view. For my taste, the advantages end) Hilton generally feels like one of the weakest chain hotels. Everything else is not that bad, but it does not match the price / quality. -the sockets do not work in the rooms ( one worked under the coffee table ) -the breakfasts are sloppy and the choice is not as top-notch as possible , except that I liked smoked fish ( wow - I have not seen it served anywhere else) , in cheaper hotels it was much better - the pool is full all the time And in general, I didn't like the attitude , the man at the reception was not polite upon check-in ( there was already a polite girl at check-out), I didn't make a deposit upon check-in - it's indicative that they came and locked the mini bar ( shame , this is the first time I've seen this ) , towels are given out for a reason , but you need to give a badge ( there were no problems in all other hotels ) - the feeling of the relationship is not top-notch, like they suspect you of something.

The atmosphere is better with dinners, the meat is cooked differently every day, there were lobsters once, but after a couple of hours of dinner they ran out and there were no more. It was the same with the red fish, but it wasn't very good. We took a package where alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks were included for dinner. Alcohol was poured soooo reluctantly, it is included in the price and I don't really understand why we should ask for it) Moreover, only one person out of the whole company drank ) The pool is heated, but not too deep. The beach was good, there were sharp pebbles in some places, the water was clean and warm with a good entry. There were three of us in the room. We were settled earlier, but there were two people with all the accessories. I asked them to bring the whole set for the third person, and they brought me only slippers, a bathrobe, and a toothbrush separately! I had to ask for a towel separately. Honestly, I'm tired of it. The third place was not prepared . And all we asked for from the first request was just a Band-Aid and that's it. I had to remind him twice about the rest. Careful, the bathroom and hallway floors are sooooo slippery!! They almost twisted my leg . I wouldn't come back a second time, I'd look for something better or I'd go to Rixos. The only plus is the beautiful view)
