Despite the fact that the hotel is large, there are many guests, but there is free space for everyone!! There is always free space in the lobby and on the beach, even in the elevator, there are 15 of them, there is no queue, and most often you ride in the elevator alone without neighbors, which is also quite comfortable. At breakfasts and dinners in the restaurant, there were plenty of available seats. I even managed to find a place by the pool. 3. Kitchen! It was delicious! Both breakfasts and dinners. Compared to other 5-star beach hotels in Dubai, the food here was the most delicious. Every evening there was a themed dinner - Greek, Arabic,... and even Russian cuisine. A children's pool under a canopy, with shizlong bars for parents, made my vacation a vacation, not a marathon with running children. We stayed in hotels in October 2025. Two adults and an 8-year-old child . I really liked everything . The food is very tasty , we took breakfast + dinner . You can change dinner for lunch . Or instead of dinner/lunch, go to any restaurant on site for the amount of 385 dirhams (deposit) . Cleaning twice a day. The rooms are great. We arrived at the hotel at 3.40 p.m., the room was not ready. We upgraded to a large room 120 meters away , the views are incredible.

Everything is monotonous and built on the basis of eggs in the majority. on day 5-7, you get bored and stop walking, even though everything is paid for. Prices are not cheap. On the beach, where towels are provided, a dark-skinned girl refused to give me a second towel, when I insisted and explained that I was putting one on the sunbed and drying myself from the sea with the other, she defiantly threw the second towel in front of me. I informed the receptionist, and they apologized to me, but she continued to work with the hotel guests.

Everywhere in the world, if you have a gold status, you are settled immediately. we were given a room with two small beds, although this is not the first time we have stayed, we should pay attention (all over the world, again) we were asked to change, the room was not changed. No separate breakfast for you, they constantly forgot to give you a separate menu. Only once during the whole vacation in the morning the waiter came up and brought coffee and took an order from the menu. Just once!!!! There is no late check-out either. In general, no statuses work in this hotel. On the plus side, we started cleaning the beach well, and we repaired the beds on the beach. The rooms are clean.

After a rest at this hotel, we decided to return there again, although we usually try to choose different hotels, BUT ... This time we were impressed by the rest! And I'm telling you all this without even touching the hotel itself! And the hotel is big, new, modern, with lots of elevators, bars and a la carte! We have been staying at this hotel for 10 days now, for the first time I have a sincere desire to leave a review, a wonderful family hotel for a relaxing holiday, the child is two years old, I am delighted with the kids' club, we only play there in the heat, the location is good, mini cars drive along the embankment every couple of minutes, many cafes and restaurants, also nearby Mall, we got there in just a couple of minutes. I really like the cuisine at the hotel, usually everything gets boring in a week, here, on the contrary, the breakfasts and dinners are varied, probably some of the best of the many hotels we've been to, lots of fish, various meats, cheeses, seafood salads, mangoes, avocados, etc., every day I want to try everything, although we are rarely surprised by anything anymore. We were also impressed by the portioned desserts at dinner, as in good coffee shops, no sponge cakes for one taste, each one is just a work of art. The service is excellent, they calmly gave early check-in, removed the deposit when refusing the mini-bar, this is not the first time in the Hilton network, but this particular hotel was very pleased, I already want to return, I recommend it!

It was the same with the red fish, but it wasn't very good. We took a package where alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks were included for dinner. Alcohol was poured soooo reluctantly, it is included in the price and I don't really understand why we should ask for it) Moreover, only one person out of the whole company drank ) The pool is heated, but not too deep. The beach was good, there were sharp pebbles in some places, the water was clean and warm with a good entry. There were three of us in the room. We were settled earlier, but there were two people with all the accessories. I asked them to bring the whole set for the third person, and they brought me only slippers, a bathrobe, and a toothbrush separately! I had to ask for a towel separately. Honestly, I'm tired of it. The third place was not prepared . And all we asked for from the first request was just a Band-Aid and that's it. I had to remind him twice about the rest. Careful, the bathroom and hallway floors are sooooo slippery!! They almost twisted my leg . I wouldn't come back a second time, I'd look for something better or I'd go to Rixos. We were with our family at the Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah in July 2024. The hotel was built in 2022, so the rooms are comfortable and clean. Wi-fi is free, the speed is excellent. The restaurant cannot cope with the flow of visitors during rush hours, you have to wait at the entrance for your turn. Glasses and dishes can be dirty. The food is great. The children's menu is very limited. They change the bed linen daily, but they do not wipe the tables and bedside tables at all, where there are already many stagnant stains from food and drinks. There are also some food stains on the carpets. For some reason, after cleaning, they put one towel per room, although at least two people live in the room. I have to ask to be reported. Every day. There are not enough sun beds by the pool for everyone, after 10.00 there are no more places. People are arguing with the staff, but no one can change the situation, because the pool is small for such a large hotel. You can't swim in the pool, people are everywhere. You can only stand in one place without moving. The beach is sandy with very small shells. Due to the dense construction around the hotel, the water in the sea is dirty and stagnant, like in a swamp. There are a lot of algae both on the bottom and on the surface of the sea. The sea is very dirty near the shore: dead fish and crabs, plastic bottles, some garbage. You can swim in the sea, but I do not recommend it (photo attached). The staff had a good impression before the incident in the pool: I was filming a family with an amateur palm-sized camera, a guard came running, said that it was impossible to shoot with a professional camera, I stopped filming, explained and showed that the camera was not professional. After 10 minutes, another guard came running, I was no longer filming, made a remark again, I explained again, he did not listen to anything, but asked for some reason the room number. The vacationers, not understanding what was going on, looked at me and the guards in surprise. It was very unpleasant. I came to the reception with a camera to explain the situation, the head of the reception in a gray suit, admitted that the camera was not professional, but, with an impudent smile, said that it was still not allowed to shoot, although everyone in the pool was filming everyone and everything on their phones. There are no inscriptions and signs that it is forbidden to shoot anywhere. There is a construction site in front of the hotel.

Breakfast is always served in the same restaurant, for lunch and dinner you can go both to the buffet and to one of the a la carte restaurants. The loan is 150 dirhams per adult, 75 per child. Drinks are not included in this amount. In general, the food is delicious, but the choice on the Swedish line is very small. In the morning, porridge, buckwheat (!), pancakes, waffles, pastries, fruits, vegetables, etc. For lunch and dinner, there are 2 types of meat and fish, something Indian like curry, rice... The same fruits and vegetables as in the morning. Desserts and ice cream are delicious. The main claim on nutrition is the cost of drinks. Water 800 ml 30 dirhams, a glass of wine from 50 dirhams, beer from 35 dirhams. That is, everything is very expensive. It seems to be cheaper to eat here than to drink just water. This is certainly unpleasant. 2. We have a direct view of the sea and everything would be fine, but there is another construction site right in front of the hotel. In general, Dubai is a solid construction site, but it doesn't make it any easier. 3. The sea is certainly not the sea. There are no waves, only something is slightly agitated from passing yachts. I would like more open water, not a conventional puddle. The beach is normal, there are a lot of sunbeds and you can use the boars for free, for those who avoid sunbathing. They provide towels and drinking water. The entrance to the water is sandy. There has been a lot of garbage in the sea in the last couple of days, plastic and non-plastic. 4. It turned out that it was not very convenient to live on a Palm Tree. There is no public transport, there is a small supermarket 700 m away and Waitrose in Nakhil Mall 1.5 km away. The embankment is beautiful, about 1.5 km long, very cool vibe in the evening. Taxi to Dubai Mall 65-100 dirhams depending on traffic jams. Boarding a taxi from the hotel was 12-15 dirhams, not 5 as usual. 5. The room is like a room, there is nothing to complain about, cosmetics in the bathroom no name. There is almost no audibility from the neighboring rooms. 6. There is practically nothing for children, there is a bass for very little ones in the shade and a small playground. I.e. the hotel is largely for adults.
