Although the territory is large and allows you to arrange a lot of things!
Food: of course, I didn't expect much from the kitchen, the breakfasts are monotonous, but not bad, lunch is not included, we go to try different places, but dinner disappointed.. absolutely, everything is either very bland or spicy and there is very little choice. Next time, we will definitely skip meals, as we have chosen several places for ourselves, with breakfast and dinner.
The hotel staff is responsive, friendly, and the service is excellent)

A gorgeous hotel on a Palm Tree! convenient location, near the monorail station, the Naheel mall shopping center with a beautiful rooftop observation deck, opposite the Golden Mile (a gallery with cafes and mini-shops), along the West Beach sea there is a wide pedestrian zone along all hotels from NH Collection to Five.
The food at Hilton is excellent, a variety of breakfasts, smoothies, yoghurts, omelets, national cuisine; dinners are different every day, seafood, rolls, grilled red fish ... and much, much more. Sweets are works of art))
The sea is beautiful, the entrance is clean and gentle, there are fish and crabs. You can swim until sunset)
The pool is open until 23.00, heated, beautifully illuminated in the evening, there is a bar with drinks in the center of the pool)
We were in front of the NG, everything is very beautifully decorated, the staff is polite and helpful, any question is solved immediately)
Of the cons:
- there is no transfer to the shopping center (as, for example, in the NH Collection there is a free transfer to the Mall of the Emirates 3 times a day, very convenient), it is only by taxi everywhere or by monorail.
- there are not enough dryers on the balcony or in the room (I had to dry swimsuits on chairs on the balcony).
We went with two children, a beautiful room with a sea view, a wide balcony)
I hope we'll come back, but the price is high)))

In general, everything is fine, the staff is friendly, many speak Russian, the room was spacious and in general I liked the rest, but there are a number of buts:
1) the view from the room was on the construction site, there was a trash can below, of course I wanted to look at the Persian Gulf, the request to relocate was refused
2) You can not swim on the hotel beach after 20 and before 8, which is very sad, since I wake up at 6
3) The buffet is monotonous, breakfast is not bad, it's the same as me, too, lunch if it came from the beginning and they didn't eat everything is also not bad, but dinner is quite a disaster, apparently they gave it to the enemies)))
4) The flight was at 22, the transfer was at 18, we were evicted at 12, we were not given lunch, thanks at least for the towels.

The rooms are spacious, with a shower and a bathroom in all categories. The buffet breakfast is repeated, but on request avocado, red fish, poached eggs, fresh drinks at the bar, embarrassments, a small children's area in the restaurant. Dinners can be changed to lunches, as well as choose restaurants for lunch or dinner. Restaurants with different themes are worth visiting each one.
The pools are heated, the area is compact, but there is a place to walk, plus the West Beach boardwalk nearby.
A kids' club with a play area on the street, the staff speaks English, but at the same time they try to attract children with crafts and drawings, although they do not understand each other.
The beach is clean, across the West Beach boardwalk. Drinks can be ordered on the beach for an additional fee. Payment. But there is a nuance, a beautiful view of the yachts, but when they walk along the bay, the waves catch up.
The location is at the beginning of Palma and this is a plus: we didn't feel any traffic jams, 10 minutes to the shopping center on foot, we took a taxi to the Marina, it's within 40-50 dirhams.
I recommend the hotel for both adults and families with children.

A wonderful and beautiful hotel.
Spacious rooms with long balconies. There were no problems with cleaning and replenishing drinking water. Varied and delicious breakfasts, lunches and dinners, a private beach with plenty of sun beds and umbrellas, a large swimming pool. The Russian-speaking staff is definitely a big plus - they easily solved any issues.
Those who are outraged by the departure at 12, read the hotel rules in advance, or check with your travel agent and pay extra for late check-out. The hotel itself provides a wonderful service for those who have a flight in the evening: free luggage storage is provided, if necessary, you can go into this room and take what you need from your suitcase; you can use the pool, the beach - towels are provided.

This is my favorite hotel in the area, very convenient location: a large coastline, a large alley for walking in the evening, where there are many different restaurants. The hotel itself left a great impression: we had a room on the 6th floor with a view of the bay - it's very beautiful. A good hotel, worth the money, but as always there are nuances.
1. We have FB meals, but no drinks at lunch and dinner. Breakfast is always served in the same restaurant, for lunch and dinner you can go both to the buffet and to one of the a la carte restaurants. The loan is 150 dirhams per adult, 75 per child. Drinks are not included in this amount. In general, the food is delicious, but the choice on the Swedish line is very small. In the morning, porridge, buckwheat (!), pancakes, waffles, pastries, fruits, vegetables, etc. For lunch and dinner, there are 2 types of meat and fish, something Indian like curry, rice... The same fruits and vegetables as in the morning. Desserts and ice cream are delicious. The main claim on nutrition is the cost of drinks. Water 800 ml 30 dirhams, a glass of wine from 50 dirhams, beer from 35 dirhams. That is, everything is very expensive. It seems to be cheaper to eat here than to drink just water. This is certainly unpleasant.
2. We have a direct view of the sea and everything would be fine, but there is another construction site right in front of the hotel. In general, Dubai is a solid construction site, but it doesn't make it any easier.
3. The sea is certainly not the sea. There are no waves, only something is slightly agitated from passing yachts. I would like more open water, not a conventional puddle. The beach is normal, there are a lot of sunbeds and you can use the boars for free, for those who avoid sunbathing. They provide towels and drinking water. The entrance to the water is sandy. There has been a lot of garbage in the sea in the last couple of days, plastic and non-plastic.
4. It turned out that it was not very convenient to live on a Palm Tree. There is no public transport, there is a small supermarket 700 m away and Waitrose in Nakhil Mall 1.5 km away. The embankment is beautiful, about 1.5 km long, very cool vibe in the evening. Taxi to Dubai Mall 65-100 dirhams depending on traffic jams. Boarding a taxi from the hotel was 12-15 dirhams, not 5 as usual.
5. The room is like a room, there is nothing to complain about, cosmetics in the bathroom no name. There is almost no audibility from the neighboring rooms.
6. There is practically nothing for children, there is a bass for very little ones in the shade and a small playground. I.e. the hotel is largely for adults.

Beyond all praise! Service, staff, location. Everything is top. A very cool bar on the ground floor. The little one danced heartily)) She's a great Swede. Heated pools, a small playground, comfortable changing rooms with showers and lockers, there are also swimsuit dryers. A great strip for a promenade or jogging. You can catch an electric car (especially useful when kids are tired), but they don't take everything. Large supermarkets in Nakheel Mall and Golden Mile (less than twice the first time, but right across the street).
5 stars without question. Everything is very ergonomic, comfortable, elegant. There is always a pleasant smell in the hotel itself. There is almost always an open elevator at G-level, which is also convenient.
Special thanks to the staff working in the lobby. The best. We are always ready to help in everything.
Next time in Dubai, we will definitely consider this hotel as the main option.

The breakfasts are monotonous, and on the fourth day I got tired of the food. The atmosphere is better with dinners, the meat is cooked differently every day, there were lobsters once, but after a couple of hours of dinner they ran out and there were no more. It was the same with the red fish, but it wasn't very good. We took a package where alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks were included for dinner. Alcohol was poured soooo reluctantly, it is included in the price and I don't really understand why we should ask for it) Moreover, only one person out of the whole company drank )
The pool is heated, but not too deep. The beach was good, there were sharp pebbles in some places, the water was clean and warm with a good entry.
There were three of us in the room. We were settled earlier, but there were two people with all the accessories. I asked them to bring the whole set for the third person, and they brought me only slippers, a bathrobe, and a toothbrush separately! I had to ask for a towel separately. Honestly, I'm tired of it. The third place was not prepared . And all we asked for from the first request was just a Band-Aid and that's it. I had to remind him twice about the rest.
Careful, the bathroom and hallway floors are sooooo slippery!! They almost twisted my leg .
I wouldn't come back a second time, I'd look for something better or I'd go to Rixos.

We were with our family at the Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah in July 2024. The hotel was built in 2022, so the rooms are comfortable and clean. Wi-fi is free, the speed is excellent. The restaurant cannot cope with the flow of visitors during rush hours, you have to wait at the entrance for your turn. Glasses and dishes can be dirty. The food is great. The children's menu is very limited. They change the bed linen daily, but they do not wipe the tables and bedside tables at all, where there are already many stagnant stains from food and drinks. There are also some food stains on the carpets. For some reason, after cleaning, they put one towel per room, although at least two people live in the room. I have to ask to be reported. Every day. There are not enough sun beds by the pool for everyone, after 10.00 there are no more places. People are arguing with the staff, but no one can change the situation, because the pool is small for such a large hotel. You can't swim in the pool, people are everywhere. You can only stand in one place without moving. The beach is sandy with very small shells. Due to the dense construction around the hotel, the water in the sea is dirty and stagnant, like in a swamp. There are a lot of algae both on the bottom and on the surface of the sea. The sea is very dirty near the shore: dead fish and crabs, plastic bottles, some garbage. You can swim in the sea, but I do not recommend it (photo attached). The staff had a good impression before the incident in the pool: I was filming a family with an amateur palm-sized camera, a guard came running, said that it was impossible to shoot with a professional camera, I stopped filming, explained and showed that the camera was not professional. After 10 minutes, another guard came running, I was no longer filming, made a remark again, I explained again, he did not listen to anything, but asked for some reason the room number. The vacationers, not understanding what was going on, looked at me and the guards in surprise. It was very unpleasant. I came to the reception with a camera to explain the situation, the head of the reception in a gray suit, admitted that the camera was not professional, but, with an impudent smile, said that it was still not allowed to shoot, although everyone in the pool was filming everyone and everything on their phones. There are no inscriptions and signs that it is forbidden to shoot anywhere. There is a construction site in front of the hotel.

Along with the fact that this is a wonderful and relatively new 5* hotel with all the ensuing joys, there are a number of disadvantages:
- Monotonous and not tasty breakfast food. But this is the scourge of all Emirates. It is rare when we come across food that is familiar to us.
- A large clean sea beach with a variety of sun beds and a fenced swimming area is overshadowed by the close proximity of the construction of skyscrapers and yachts darting back and forth from the Marina.
If you prefer to relax by the pool, take the sun loungers in advance. The British will capture them before you do. Expansion is in their blood :)
Otherwise, there are no distinctive features from the Hilton chain or nearby hotels. Quite a decent option at the beginning of the Palm Tree.
We had a family vacation in early April 2024 for 12 days. Diamond status and the 13th floor will not leave you hungry on half board during the day))

This new 5-star hotel at the very entrance to the island was opened on August 31, 2022 and has a room stock of 608 rooms of various types.
We spent 2 nights at the hotel in early November at the beginning of the high season and despite the fairly high cost of accommodation, the hotel had a high workload and a large number of guests. The accommodation cost me 991AED or $270 per night, including taxes, thanks to early booking. At the time of arrival, room rates ranged from 1,200AED to 1,600AED for a basic room.
Upon check-in, they asked for the passports of all residents. Payment for accommodation, as it is now happening in most cases, was made at check-in.
Our room No. 313 King One Bedroom Suite was located in the left wing of the third floor in the end part of it, as far as possible from the elevators and consisted of two combined standard rooms plus a balcony. One part was a living room, the other a bedroom. The room has two bathrooms, a dressing room and balconies around the perimeter, including an end one with views of the pool, beach and marina.
Breakfast is served from 6:30 to 11:00 at the Mowsem Restaurant located on the Ground Floor. As a member of Hilton Honors with Diamond status, I was entitled to a complimentary breakfast in both the restaurant and the lounge on the 13th floor. Tomorrow in the lounge takes place at about the same time, from 7:00 to 11:00.
The restaurant featured a wide range of different zones and hot/live stations, as befits a five-star hotel. There are 2 omlet stations with cooking benedicts with salmon or bacon. Hot dishes, sliced dishes, salad bar, watermelon and orange fresh fruit, an area with detox drinks and smoothies. Also, the laying out of fruits in slices and whole, baking, tea and coffee zones. Healthy breakfasts: cereals, yoghurts, various types of milk.
The executive lounge on the 13th floor was the most disappointing. During the day (Breakfast, Afternoon tea) everything is more or less. In the evening Happy Hour, the quality and assortment are just sad for such a hotel. The set of drinks is standard, basic brands, cheap wine - South Africa, New Zealand. There is no sparkling wine. 3 types of beer.
The SPA is open from 9:00 to 22:00 on weekdays and from 9:00 to 23:00 on weekends and is represented by its traditional own brand eforea. Complimentary, guests are offered separate (traditionally for the UAE) female and male access to the sauna, hammam and Jacuzzi. In addition, there is a wide range of massage and beauty treatments.
There is also an excellent fully equipped 24-hour fitness room next door.
The Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah has one large communal pool with informal zoning, as well as a shallow pool in the shade in the children's area near the Kids club. There is a pool bar in the center of the communal pool. In the daytime, sun beds by the pools are very popular, it is quite difficult to find free places. But on the beach there are plenty of different options for sun beds, cabanas and just tables under huge umbrellas. There is no need to worry that there will be nowhere to stay.
The sand on the beach is pleasant and soft. The color is white. The entrance to the sea is smooth. The bathing area is fenced with a net and should limit the ingress of jellyfish. Nearby is the route of passage of yachts from the marina, which periodically raise small waves. The water temperature was high and it was possible to enjoy swimming for a long time.
The kids Club at Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah is located in the pool area in a separate building and is open from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. It is intended for children from 4 to 12 years old, who can be left under the supervision of employees. Younger children can stay in the kids club with adults.
As part of the children's club, there is an indoor area decorated in the form of a pirate ship. There are various toys, construction kits and play sets available here. There are also creative areas and game consoles for older children.
