I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Practically no comments. The rooms are clean, the staff is very helpful. The breakfasts are excellent. It was unusual, the breakfasts were served on the menu and with a waiter, without the usual buffet. But it turned out to be both convenient and pleasant. Everything was brought in instantly, everything was fresh and delicious. There are also Russian speakers. There is also a rooftop restaurant with a beautiful view of all the skyscrapers. A nice and spacious gym. The pool is small, but quite relaxing. The disadvantage is that they do not have their own beach, but they have agreed with the neighboring hotel and everything is perfectly organized. Walk for 5 minutes. The beach is closed, private, with everything you need. There is no parking of its own, but there is a parking lot right next to it where you can park and in general the area is not populated, there are places. It's not long from the airport or by taxi. There is a large excellent supermarket in 5 minutes, where you can buy something else. The location is still far away from all the main places in Dubai and therefore, like everywhere else, you need to take a taxi. There is nothing nearby from the transport. This is a place for a quiet relaxing holiday, or to stay away from the noise of the central areas.

I really liked the hotel, I lived with my husband and child for a week. Super location - within walking distance of a store, alcohol store, pharmacies, a bunch of shops. A couple of stops are cool Dubai perfume, a little further away is the Mall, good prices for brands, better than in the Dubai Mall, but there are few shops there.
The hotel is clean, smells nice, and has a lot of Russian-speaking staff. It's the first time we've had breakfast on the menu, but it turned out to be very cool and you don't overeat! All requests were fulfilled, they congratulated me coolly at the dr, helped my husband order flowers, a cake, sang me a song in the restaurant and congratulated me.
The hotel is very fond of children! Everyone wanted to squeeze, torment and give love to our baby. It was very pleasant and I could see that the child liked it.
I want to note how we were put down and met from a taxi. They always opened the door to the car, put things in the trunk (stroller), when they arrived, they helped to unload everything and brought it to the room themselves, it was extremely convenient, very unobtrusive. We thanked $ for this, but a couple of times we did not have time to say such a thank you, but we did not notice any resentment, and did not understand whether it was customary to give money or not)
La mer beach is nearby, there should be a lot of cafes there, but in September 24 it was closed.
The hotel gives cards to a nearby hotel; there you can swim on the private beach and in the pools, and also take towels.
It takes 20 minutes by taxi to the Mall, 40 minutes to the palm tree.

A small boutique hotel designed more for couples. There won't be much to do with the kids here. The rooms are comfortable, everything looks modern and aesthetically pleasing. Sometimes they call the room to find out if everything is fine, sometimes even too often, so it's better to immediately ask that you don't need to do this, then such a situation will not arise.
The location is not bad, 15 minutes by taxi to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa, while at a sufficient distance from the hustle and bustle of the city. Unfortunately, there is no metro station nearby.
I was pleased that at any time you can ask for additional water in the room and refill tea and coffee bags.
Of the cons: music from a nearby club often plays loudly until late at night, the hotel staff can't do much about it, so they offer earplugs, or move into a room on the other side (overlooking the Burj Khalifa), if there are rooms available.

Although we had lunch in Hayat 1 time, it was normal, it was delicious. To go to the beach, but it is not critical, and it is convenient that towels are given out and taken away there. There is a service on the sun beds, including alcohol. I took off the star for the fact that the bathroom has no door, and there is a glass window to the bedroom. It is unclear how the ventilation system is set up in the room - wild humidity, wet towels, bed linen all the time.
I had breakfast and lunch/dinner included -to choose from. So you had to pay extra for drinks (tea, water -paid)
, I stopped by on the eve of my birthday, there was no compliment from the hotel in the dr itself, (for comparison, in other hotels they will always do something pleasant).
Overall, the experience is so-so, but you definitely shouldn't expect something incredible from this hotel.

I really liked the Hotel itself (architecture, design solutions) everything is very modern, trendy, convenient. I don't know how long this haytt has been working, I rarely choose this hotel brand, precisely because of the complexity of perceiving it as a solution in interior design, here is an exception, but in this particular hotel the restaurant service "killed" the frankly weak staff, which, by the way, is a lot, but they don't work smoothly, who is in the woods, who for firewood. They also managed to put us on different floors with children, even though they are already adults, but they didn't even ask if it was normal for us. The final rating of the hotel is four stars, you need to work hard with the service.

The hotel itself is cool and everyone is very nice, they help in all matters. But if you want to swim, then you need to complete a quest here. The pool on the territory is direct, no one swims. But to swim in the sea, you need to go around in circles and get to another hotel. It is humiliating to ask for a towel and leave your card and put out bottles of water (we recall a cheap hotel in Egypt). Then go through the entire territory of the hotel and find a free sunbed, so that what? to get a muddy piece of the sea bay. The water is stagnant - there are plenty of animals. And the beach has super expensive food and water. And yes, you can go swimming once a day.

A good location - on the one hand - La Mer beach, on the other - villas and a new residential complex (I recommend a walk, there is a good walking area and there are several good cafes in the residential complex), also a large supermarket and many small shops nearby. In general, it is cozy, quiet, calm, and about 10 minutes by taxi to the Dubai Mall. There is a small clean swimming pool. From the cons: you need to walk to the beach to the neighboring hotel, which is allowed by card, but it is forbidden to drink even your own water, you need to buy everything there; but this nuance does not overshadow the rest. I definitely recommend the hotel to visit.

A hotel with such good reviews. I drove without worrying about anything, knowing that 5 stars and Hyatt (after all, the name). I can't say that I'm picky, but.... Of course, as with everything, there are pros and cons. I'll start with a good one:

2. Some individual staff members are very helpful and kind. They are smiling and trying to help. Thanks a lot to them! I'm ready to raise the ball for them! For example, we asked grandma to cook chicken broth in connection with her stomach disease, they went to meet us. They gave me a compliment several times at dinner in the form of freshly squeezed juices. It was nice!
3. Beautiful lobby, normal rooms, the only thing you need to clarify in advance is that you need a balcony, and this is an additional fee.
4. Dubai Mall is close by taxi
Minuses:
1. There is no private beach, you have to go to another hotel, 5-7 minutes. It's honestly very uncomfortable.
2. The service is generally terrible. I have to call 100 times and remind them to bring water, a shoe spoon, a fork, even a dental kit. And in general, everything is very, very long....We took dinner with us one day, we didn't eat it, the next day we came up and asked to warm it up, we refused, I don't know why, we don't heat yesterday's food.
3. More about the service: we came as a family, 2 rooms, they put us on different floors. And it's impossible to get from one floor to another if you don't have a card from that particular floor. We had to move to be on the same floor, to collect and disassemble things. Couldn't it have been done right away?They couldn't prepare our room until 20.00... nonsense
4. There is no Swedish line. The food is on the menu. Maybe it's not bad, but sometimes you want to get up and drink water, and not wait 5-10 minutes for it, the same applies to dinner, breakfast, sometimes they serve quickly, and sometimes for a very long time. The menu is interesting, but monotonous, on day 8 you don't want anything at all.
5. Once we went on an excursion, they asked us to put fruit with them (which we ordered), they put it like when we opened it, our guide even laughed, says what a nightmare. There are few fruits, they are already crumpled, apparently what we did not finish, we put it together.
6. There is nowhere to walk, the area is rotten.
I'm not going to this hotel anymore! I will not recommend it. I didn't like it! Dubai itself is cool, I really like the UAE vibe in general!

A new, nice hotel. We were here two times: in March 23, and in March 24.
Good repair, the rooms are small, the bathroom has both a bathtub and a shower, a spacious balcony with furniture (minus: a fence made of transparent glass).
The pool is small, and most of the time it is in the shade. Among the disadvantages, in connection with the reconstruction of the beach, the hotel has removed its sun beds from the beach, so everyone who wants to lie on the sea on a sunbed can use the services of a neighboring hotel, he has an agreement with Hyatt. The beach is nice there.
Cards are taken at the reception, and with these cards you go to a nearby hotel, where you are given a beach towel.
The breakfasts at the hotel are not bad, the menu is quite varied, you will not stay hungry.
There were no complaints about the staff for both trips.
