The building impresses with its modern architecture and high level of comfort.Panoramic windows with stunning views of the canal, The house has everything you need for a comfortable life: a swimming pool, a fitness room and even green areas for relaxation, which is rarely found in such complexes. Top–level service - the concierges and staff are always friendly and ready to help in any situation. Security in the building is also thought out to the last detail: 24-hour security, surveillance cameras and access only for residents. The location of the skyscraper is another huge plus. There are shops, cafes, restaurants and transport hubs within walking distance, which makes life here incredibly convenient. If you are looking for an apartment in Dubai that matches its price tag and offers everything you need for a comfortable life, then 52/42 is an excellent choice. I recommend it!”

We have been living in this house for several years! And I can say that he is amazing. Firstly, the pool and lounge have one of the best views of bluewaters, the address and the bay. Secondly, a new road was opened and now you don't have to stand in hourly traffic jams at the exit, before it was a big problem, you had to go out on the road so that taxis wouldn't stop by the building. Having your own car was pointless considering the traffic jams. All apartments are typical in the Emar style, cozy and clean.
