The hotel on tverdaya 2. Rested from 12/25/2023 to 01/04/2024. For some reason, tour operators do not say that this hotel is for foreign disabled people, there are no children there, only a lot of strange, and sometimes frightening people with their mental state.
Our adventures began at the airport, as we arrived in Cuba (we bought vouchers through the tour operator Bank of Burning Tours). On the bus, we were told that the BRISAS DEL CARIBE 4* hotel we had chosen would not accept us (the reason was not explained), and we would live in LOS CACTUS 4* hotels.
The territory is well maintained, beautiful, green. The beach was not cleaned for all 9 days, there were algae.
The rooms are very tired, the furniture is broken in places. The linen has never been changed in 9 days (only cleaning). It was cool and there was one blanket for two in the room, but what a smell it had, it probably hadn't been washed since it was bought. My husband fixed the sink, and my friends repaired the toilet and shower themselves, because the repairmen there were useless, and there was no point in changing the room.
The food in the dining room is terribly monotonous. Fried over-salted minced meat, pasta with gravy, overcooked sole meat. From fruits: green pineapples and the same watermelons. The dishes are dirty, covered in stains and leftovers. They took towels with them to wipe it. Huge cockroaches were running around. Birds were flying everywhere, if you turn away, they'll steal something from the plate.
There was only Rum in the bar, no cocktails, no champagne (there was cider, but it was constantly running out), red wine (disgusting, strong) and white wine (but it also always ran out after a couple of glasses). Juice and Cola, which also often ran out.
There were no interesting entertainment programs either, girls came every other day to dance Cuban dances with naked butts, once there was karaoke.... That's all.
In general, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel was very tired, the pool was 1.25 m, the food was disgusting, only chicken legs were made of meat (thank God for that), pork was all in the veins. Fruits - papaya is tired, ice cream of the same kind and only for lunch, disgusting pineapple, sour juices, bitter salads, terrible coffee, beer saved, fresh standards.
If you don't care what you eat, then you are here.
The room was surprisingly nice, with an ocean view, it was very pleasant.
The ocean is incomparable.

Пляж достоин платрого проезда на такси. 10 евро на кабриолет в один конец, ездил из мелии пенинсулы.
