You can take replacement towels as much as you need, the number on the number is marked. Delicious varied menu. If you get to some holiday, there will be a separate performance with a special song and surprises. We were on Halloween. The rooms are spacious. The bed is large. They are cleaned efficiently, every day. The central part of the hotel overlooks the bay. The hotel has its own rental of all types of swimming facilities, the price is fixed, the time is not strictly related. Separately, it is worth noting the work of the Russian-speaking reception, especially the caring Jazz administrator, who solved our problem with the travel agency with all her might. In short, the local travel agency forgot to pay for our reservation and send our wishes by number, although, of course, the Russian travel agency paid for everything. That is, when we arrived at night to check in, we simply did not have a room. Thanks to Jazz and all the hotel staff for saving our trip. The hotel is highly recommended. The location is convenient for introverts - far from the city. But there is a place to walk along the embankment. What was good: the price, the rooms, the general concept of the hotel, everything is clean and chic) The food is on the level, the rooms are beautiful, located at the very end of the palm tree, a great view of the Dubai Marina. There is a free shuttle service to all major cultural sites. Of the minuses, you can note paid drinks, coffee about $ 15) alcohol was not specified, well, I think everything is also good. There is practically nowhere to go on foot, since an underground tunnel for cars begins, or rather underwater, and there is no way to get around on foot. There is nothing to do in this location in the evening, that is, you need to go somewhere for sure. A small beach, you can't walk along the beach behind the hotel. We were in this hotel for 4 days, I think there is nothing else to do there. If you go for a week, then boredom is guaranteed, and if we travel to hotels for 3-4 days, then the norms. We went to close the gestalt to live on a Palm Tree, and in general we were satisfied. If there are good options on the trunk of a Palm Tree, it is better to look for something there, if you really want it here, then a decent option.

We rested in this hotel in April 2024. I'm certainly not attractive, but this hotel is full of g.. but. There is something to compare with in Dubai on the palm tree. Minuses: 1. The hotel is very small both inside the rooms and the territory itself. 2. Tired and in need of repair. 3. There is no direct passage to the sea and the pool, it is simply closed. You need to pass through the restaurant where you are periodically pulled to where you are going. 4. The breakfasts are the same for lunch and dinner, I can't say. Coffee for breakfast is simply poured into a kettle with some kind of stuff that gives off chlorine. There are no coffee machines in the hotels!They probably haven't made any progress yet. I do not recommend drinking this. Fruits come across already sour, as well as fish for breakfast. 5. Rooms without sound insulation from the word it is quite audible how the neighbors' water is noisy in the bathroom and how they go to the toilet and not only. 6. Room cleaning leaves much to be desired. Do not leave clean towels or water after it is normal - call the reception! 7. Water in the sea with floating unknown objects. The beach is small with dead and dirty sunbeds that have been occupied since 5 a.m. probably. By the pool probably from 3 am. 8. Food and drinks are very expensive through the room service. Heineken bottle 0.33 - 1400 rubles. Plan your budget differently without alcohol 9. The beach is shared with neighboring hotels and those on the triple line. Very small! 10. Beach towels may not be given to you by saying take them from the room. 11. Leaky and dead umbrellas on the beach. 12. There are no entertainment and show programs here at all. Yes, I understand not Turkey, but in the neighboring hotels there is a live performance in the evenings you can hear it. 13. Do not take a room with a sea view, it stupidly looks at the other side at the center of Dubai but rests on the hotels that are opposite on the second line! The only disadvantage is the remoteness. But the hotel solved this problem with free buses to the nearest malls. And the taxi is quite affordable: to Marina Mall ~ 45 Dirhams, to Dubai Mall ~ 80-90 Dirhams (the prices of local government taxis are the lowest. Yandex is about 15-20% more expensive. But this is an Egyptian network and 5* Egyptian) We were put in a room with a view of a hotel under construction without a balcony and opening windows (ventilation is poor, clothes dry for a long time) When we applied to replace a room with a balcony, we were offered to pay an additional $ 60 per day, We bought only breakfast, so we went to the center of Dubai every evening. The breakfast is good, varied. There are a lot of different fruits. Beach towels are given out once a day, if left unattended, then the towels will be taken away- we recommend not to leave it without personal belongings. Sound insulation - 0. Why is there sound insulation - during the rain, rain poured into all the cracks, from the ceiling, from the balcony, from the windows. We were simply sent to requests to help get rid of water. From 3:00 a.m. it rained, until 10 a.m. we squeezed water into a bucket. In the morning, with shouts at the reception, they asked for towels and bathrobes, as this was all a means of plugging the cracks. But alas, they didn't understand the first time either. But most importantly, upon arrival at the hotel, we had paid de luxe, but the number of floors could be any. We asked for the highest floor, which we were told we had to pay 26 tr - we paid extra. But in the end we were settled on the 4th floor, the 4th is not the highest floor. At the reception they asked if there was a birthday present, we were told yes. Cake, balls. As a result, five times they approached and reminded about others. Then they just brought a piece of cake and that's it. So this hotel barely pulls on 3 * P.S. The third disadvantage is that instead of a taxi, they specifically call a hotel car and they take it to the city more expensive, 140 derham went to the airport, and 110 derham took a taxi from the airport to the hotel. If you take something with a Russian plug, take an adapter, they asked for it three times at the reception, and they didn't give it to us. Water in the room is given 2 bottles of 0.33, the rest is through the reception, in the bar and restaurant not to take.
