Positive:
The repair has become better
There is an X-ray and an ECG
That's where the advantages end.
A couple of good doctors.
Cons:
You stand for half an hour to get a ticket, without exaggeration, half an hour, this is some kind of queue simulator. After that, you go to the nurse and then to the therapist and you are sent back for the questionnaire that they are looking for for another 10 ~ 15 minutes. Then you wait in line and then there's a sudden lunch at 11:27 and you wait 20 minutes for them to eat, closing the door in front of you. And then they only take you in, they don't even examine you properly, they won't listen and they won't measure your blood pressure until you ask, and only then they send you to another doctor where you have to stand in the next queue. Doctors are often not on site.
There are very few good referral specialists, you need to take a referral and go somewhere to get medical help.
The qualifications of certain doctors are very doubtful that they confuse chickenpox with a rash... It is not surprising that with their salaries such a disregard for patients. But somehow everything is straight.
The results: A chaotic, not systematized place with a disregard for the attitude of doctors, junior medical staff and nurses are still doing their best.
It's a waste of time to come here, just to open a sick leave, or to do an X-ray or an ECG, at best.
If finances allow you, it's better to go to private clinics, save a lot of time and nerves.

The never-ending theme of repair. Re-recruitment of the average medical staff. The best doctors come by the hour. On-duty therapists are useful if their visiting hours coincide with the mood and weather. You can always get medical care, without paying attention to time.
