There are several points of the Nusret network in Istanbul. This one is one of the most interesting, located on the territory of the Grand Bazaar. You can enter the restaurant both from inside the Grand Bazaar and from the street. The room is quite large. Tell the receptionists at the counter which area you need - with or without alcohol. The waiters work very quickly and can entertain you by slicing steaks in the spirit of the founder of the chain. The quality of the meat here is one of the best in Istanbul, but the price level is high, but justified.

However, instead of the requested medium, they brought the obvious medium rare, and when asked to bring the meat to the desired degree of readiness, even if it was lightning fast, they still brought medium well (Well, even if we omit the technical and to some extent controversial aspects of the degree of roasting, I'll say this. Both were good, but at the same time, neither expressed delight comparable to the feeling of absolute pleasure from steaks in Moscow and Krasnodar a couple of times (I'm not naming the restaurants, we're not talking about them). Perhaps it's the very part of the meat that is used for the Tomahawk, since I used the tested striploin and rib eye as a base for comparing impressions. I agree that this is probably not entirely correct. But anyway, for 4,500 lire, I expected more taste from meat. Roasting, texture, aftertaste, juiciness - nothing was perfect according to my subjective feelings. Although I was hungry and devoid of any prejudices regarding skepticism about the hyped place, which takes more hype than the quality of the cuisine. In general, I tried to explain why 4 points out of 5) but in no way did I regret visiting this institution. The service is excellent and prompt, the delivery is as it should be

Once a chef shockingly salted meat through his elbow and now it is a world-famous chain of meat restaurants. That's what I understand, I added salt! The restaurant was founded by Turkish chef Nusret Gokce, also known as Salt Bae. The portrait of the cook can be seen on the second floor: he is epically depicted there with the same Godfather. The restaurant has become popular due to the unique style of serving dishes and the charisma of Nusret himself. The menu includes a variety of steaks, burgers, kebabs and other meat delicacies. There is a separate golden menu: steaks in gold, baklava in gold and cappuccino too. This is if you really wanted more luxury after the grand bazaar: in general, gold is tasteless. I took a cappuccino with gold: I felt a little like a sultan. We used steak and mutton from the meat: I liked the lamb better (it was the most delicate, without a noticeable smell), and the steak was out of competition when served. The steak tasted a little harsh to me, but I don't really like them and I eat them about once in a thousand years. I used spinach as a side dish (mixed with cheese: as a lover of all kinds of greens, this performance pleased my taste buds). The wine list includes both Turkish and old and new World wines, including plenty to choose from by the glass. I tried French wine and Turkish wine: the latter is not wow, but in general it is even unexpectedly good. A special feature of the restaurant is the exclusive serving of dishes, which is demonstrated by Nusret Gokce himself, adding a pinch of salt in his signature style. Now all chefs are trained in this, and as far as I understand, all steaks/ribs/meat are served with a little show: slicing and salt. Watching the meat being served, I honestly prepared to call an ambulance, because it's better to cut meat by looking at the meat, rather than into my eyes. But it's not like this is the first time the trick has been performed. In general, the service here is top: it's as if we've been waiting and preparing all our lives for the happiness of cooking something delicious for you. At some point, I thought that the Moscow waiters, with their slight note of snobbery, should be sent here for professional retraining: someone should explain to them what the service looks like. The restaurant's interior is decorated in a classic style with luxury elements: natural stone, elegant chandeliers, and some kind of Ottoman-style gate on the second floor.… The prices here are above average and correspond to the concept of an expensive restaurant. We were at lunch in the afternoon, we went in without reservation: they calmly found a table for us, without waiting. It might not be peak season yet.

The Nusr-Et restaurant in Istanbul is a unique place and a valuable gastronomic experience, I have long wanted to visit here. I liked the atmosphere: luxurious and large-scale, but moderately pretentious, you feel quite comfortable. And wow-the serving of all the dishes and the coolest level of service especially set the mood for the evening. This is a restaurant where cooking, art and luxury are one. Now I understand why these guys have become so wildly popular all over the world! We ordered two cocktails, New York steak, nigiri with salmon, baklava with ice cream and tea. Just wow, very tasty, Booked in a few days through the website. The service is 10/10, and so is the food. I highly recommend it!

Disappointment. There's no staff! We came here on purpose, despite the rain — we wanted to get to the iconic restaurant in Istanbul. But it turned out that they didn't even have clothes hangers. The waiter suggested that we put our wet clothes at the next table. Is this so that we can fight with other customers later? The waiter barely spoke English (in this restaurant, where almost every second foreigner is?!). The room itself is strange: the tables are gathered in the middle of a large hall and surrounded by a glass partition in a circle. It's like we're sitting in the ring of a circus, and they're going to look at us from above. The echo in the hall amplifies conversations to a level that is just very noisy. In general, the show-off is completely undeserved. As a result, they turned around and went to another restaurant. Everything was great there (of course — Michelin stars from 2023).

A cool modern steakhouse in the heart of the historical part of Istanbul! I was a little confused by the spontaneity of the waiters, who put hot food in front of us, literally, when the first course was just brought to us. The atmosphere of the Sultan's mansions gives the institution a special sophistication. I definitely recommend it!

We came to the grand bazaar and happened to see a restaurant on the map, I remembered who Nusret was. It was our turn, but my husband thought to ask how long to wait and warn the hostess that there were two of us. There were 10 people in the queue in front of us, but there were more companies. They put us in about 5 minutes after we applied. It's more expensive, but not prohibitively expensive. Very tasty tenderloin in butter, the side dishes are also very good! In general, we are very glad that we got there.

Before, almost everything was really delicious there and the service was at a high level. Now it's a huge flow, waiters confuse orders, who ordered what on the table, bring extra things that were not ordered. The meat is still very good. There used to be very tasty French fries and truffle sauce with mayonnaise, now it's just plain mayonnaise with a drop of sauce.

I can say right away that this is one of the best and most expensive steakhouses in the world! Delicious meat, a huge selection of drinks. Usually the service in Istanbul is so-so, but this restaurant is a rare exception! Experienced and fast waiters, they know English well (which is very rare in Turkey!). I especially advise you to take steaks from the AUTHENTIC GOLD collection, especially porterhouse with 24 carat gold (there will be a photo below). As a side dish, you can order grilled vegetables, asparagus or mushrooms. You can choose the main hall, or you can sit on the covered veranda with a sofa and fireplaces. A free shuttle service can be ordered to the hotel (Maybach or Rolls Royce, a Mercedes minivan with a starry sky is provided for large companies).

Dear guests, if you are from Moscow, take my word for it, they will not surprise you with meat. Everything is very mediocre. Lamb ribs are on fire, don't even try to take beef. The very concept of the restaurant is strange, it's like an expensive food court in a shopping mall. Even when booking a table, you need to stand in line (7-10 minutes). It's not true about negative reviews at all.There were two adults and a one-year-old child.The service is excellent, cleanliness, the staff had fun with the child as much as they could and tried to entertain him.We ordered steak mignon, New York, salad for two, burger (served with French fries), a glass of wine and 4 cocktails.2,600 lire came out.In fact, you can take a steak for two (about 300-350g) if you don't eat to the brim!Steaks are a bomb, compared to other cafes, this is a place where you can sit on the level with dignity.Prices are per serving.There was a problem that it turned out to be less than lira (they forgot to change it), without any problems they divided the account into dollars and lira, at the rate of local exchangers!!I recommend it!!

Don't believe anyone! This place is the best in the city, and maybe in the country, where steaks are served! Very friendly staff, steak show, great atmosphere. The steaks themselves are STEAKS with a capital letter. The meat is so tender and delicious that an almost half-kilogram steak flies away in 5 minutes. Delicious. But expensive. The average check for 3x with wine is $ 200. Not cheap, but worth it. If you feel sorry for this money, it's better not to go - you'll be looking for a negative. And he's not here.

This is not Saltbay's restaurant. We visited his establishments both in the USA and in the Emirates. There were restaurants everywhere. Here it's a food court. The quality of service is very low, there is no wardrobe, people are sitting in jackets. Waiters are not able to remember special wishes for dishes, do not mind plates, appliances. Eat and run. They don't ask you to clean up the dishes well.

The waiter was probably a prototype from the movie "what men talk about" and looked so haughtily as if we homeless people had come for free soup on city day. Of the four dishes, he forgot about two, although he diligently wrote something down in a notebook at the stage of accepting the order. The bartender even put a box of water from the floor right where the glasses are standing with the edge down, there is not only covid, you can pick up anything you want. The final impression is a price/quality imbalance!
