The restaurant was founded by Turkish chef Nusret Gokce, also known as Salt Bae. The portrait of the cook can be seen on the second floor: he is epically depicted there with the same Godfather. The restaurant has become popular due to the unique style of serving dishes and the charisma of Nusret himself. The menu includes a variety of steaks, burgers, kebabs and other meat delicacies. There is a separate golden menu: steaks in gold, baklava in gold and cappuccino too. This is if you really wanted more luxury after the grand bazaar: in general, gold is tasteless. I took a cappuccino with gold: I felt a little like a sultan. We used steak and mutton from the meat: I liked the lamb better (it was the most delicate, without a noticeable smell), and the steak was out of competition when served. The steak tasted a little harsh to me, but I don't really like them and I eat them about once in a thousand years.
