I arrived at 10:40, specially here to eat, as a result, a woman looked at me from the bar, obviously drunk, and that's it. The cashier was not there for another 40 minutes after that and I was not served by anyone
The institution, as I know, opens at 10, but not at 10:40, not at 11, so no one served me

It is not possible to estimate this place by more than 1 . For 15 rubles , you will get regular pasta with cream and a piece of chicken ) and those pasta will be in one stuck-together "lump". The dishes are like from a school cafeteria , if you break them , it 's not a pity . A spoiled mood for the evening is provided 😁
Through the establishment , there is a similar establishment of a Salad Bar with the same prices , but several levels higher than this place . You 'd better eat there .
