I want to warn everyone about the unscrupulous tour operator EDEN TRAVEL. From the first day, we were just tricked for money! They sold $370 worth of guided tours, which turned out to be shameful trips through scary streets and intrusive shops. Instead of interesting places, we were taken to points where, under pressure, they tried to sell unnecessary goods: dietary supplements, shark oil, teas. At one of these "lectures" they were rude and threatened to expel people! There were no excursions — there was one continuous shopping in a depressing atmosphere. Constant waiting in the heat, stress and obsession led to my wife having panic attacks and health problems. We refused the remaining "excursions", but we were refused a refund. The vacation is hopelessly ruined, and the Marriott hotel, which positions itself as a high-level hotel, allows such unscrupulous travel agents to work on its territory, which completely undermines its credibility. Conclusion: NEVER buy excursions from tour operators! It's better to spend time planning on your own than to give away the money and get a ruined vacation and ruined health.

When booking a ticket for two people at the EDEM TRAVEL travel agency, in Issyk-Kul, ten days before departure, the pensioner's mother was encouraged that one place in the sleeping bus would be lower, before the buses left on the day of departure, I called the office at c5 again, asking that mom go on the bottom shelf, as a result EDEM TRAVEL employees in two sleeping buses with two purchased vouchers could not place mom on the bottom shelf as agreed in advance, and she had to go on the top shelf, where she was blown out. No one even apologized for the inconvenience and discomfort caused. I tried to contact the management of this agency to resolve this situation, the staff ignored my request under various pretexts.
