We booked this hotel for one night. Our room was on the 17th floor, the view from it, of course, is amazing. The room itself is very spacious, but very tired, requiring major repairs, not cosmetic. The plumbing in the bathroom is already barely breathing, it needs to be replaced for a long time. But the location itself, a 10-minute walk to the Dubai Mall, is very convenient. The construction around it also causes some inconvenience. But on the other hand, you are greeted at the entrance by a very friendly and friendly staff. In general, I can recommend this hotel for a short period of time.

We stayed at this hotel from 11.02 to 17.02, our first trip to Dubai! Basically, I liked everything, especially the location, walking distance to the fountains and Dubai Mall in 15 minutes on foot. We arrived at 9:00, but checked in at 14:00, there was no Russian-speaking staff. We left our suitcases and went to explore the area. The breakfasts are quite varied. At first it seemed untidy, due to the not very recent renovation, but I have never seen such cleanliness and such thorough cleaning in any hotel! The maid girls are just smart! The view from the window is gorgeous. In general, I will recommend the hotel and I would have come myself!

an unfortunate location, I suffered. There are traffic jams around, the metro is not nearby, the station with bicycles is 20 minutes away. Carefully calculate your logistics based on these features if you are interested in something other than the mall. The rooms are tired, and the overall impression of the hotel is that the bath is very unpleasant. Breakfast is normal. The pool is not heated, so it was not very relevant in January. I definitely won't choose it next time.

We stayed at this hotel for 7 days. The impression was ruined by the incident at the check-out. There was no hairdryer and one glass in the room when checking in (although there were two guests in the room). The hair dryer was requested immediately, as it was needed. The glasses were not originally intended to be used, so they did not ask for a second one. At the check-out, we were told that the second glass was missing, and we had to pay for it. Attempts to explain that it was not there in the first place did not lead to anything. We were told that there were originally two glasses, although no evidence of this was provided. We didn't have much time left before departure, so we didn't argue with them and gave them 50 dirhams. And yes, the hotel staff does not speak Russian. After such a situation, we definitely will not use the services of this hotel. My advice to everyone who moves in there is to check the availability of all the declared accessories immediately, if something is missing, report it immediately, otherwise you may be forced to pay

The staff is polite and friendly. We had breakfast + dinner (buffet, plenty of choice), the food was delicious, but for a couple of days there was a lot of spicy food on the menu. There is a shuttle service to the sea. There is a swimming pool in the hotel and a gym (the equipment is ancient). The room is clean, but the rooms have been in need of renovation from time to time. The location is convenient, to the Mall and Burj Khalifa 15 minutes on foot, to the beach by taxi 15 minutes, to the airport by taxi 18 minutes. Recommend👌🏼

The breakfasts and dinners were simply tasteless, and they also charged an additional fee for breakfast, which is not pleasant at all. At the hotel, almost all the staff are Hindus, who, unfortunately, do not even want to listen to what we are saying, communication was very difficult. The pool is icy, it is impossible to swim in it. The bathroom in the room is in terrible condition, it does not correspond to the stated 4 stars at all. And the most unpleasant thing is that the Wi—Fi was turned off immediately after 12:00, when we officially checked out, although we were still at the hotel until 18:50. In general, the service and conditions leave much to be desired, I do not recommend this hotel.

If you want to spoil your impression of Dubai, come here! I have never seen a worse hotel that positions itself as a 4-star hotel anywhere. There is no attitude towards customers, you are simply not noticed, and your requests are even more so, we decided the standard answer in 10 minutes and you will not see anyone else. Rooms with furniture from the 90s are in the trash. There is simply no service at all, if you need something for your money, you will have to go long and hard and demand it. The only star is for its location, close to Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. Get ready for the staff to smile at you, but they won't do anything the first time until you demand it several times, shouting it won't work. Quest-style food, you will be forced to wait to go to the hall where you will be fed with the cheapest products with minimal choice. In general, if you want to spoil your vacation, go here.

The breakfasts are good, delicious, and varied. The pool did not work, they were sent with a paid transfer to the Millenium Plaza Hotel pool (the pool overlooks the museum of the future, but dirty). There is a very beautiful promenade nearby, an alcohol store within walking distance, groceries just around the corner of the hotel. A hotel with a very good location and gorgeous views from the rooms. Polite staff, excellent breakfast, dinner with minimal variety, but tasty enough. The rooms have all the bathroom accessories, a comfortable bed and pillows, if there is no iron or ironing board, they bring everything on request, the same applies to towels and other small things, if there is nothing from the stated, just contact the reception. There is a free transfer to the beach - at half past 11 they take you there at 15:30 they take you back. The only disadvantage is the inability to ventilate the room, the windows do not open. I recommend it for a short visit to Dubai. In general, we were satisfied with everything!

A kind of hotel. 4 stars. There are no bathrobes and slippers in the Standard room. The room itself is small, the decor is slightly shabby. The breakfasts and the cuisine are generally good in quality, but there is no need to look for variety. Located in downtown in a concrete ring of freeways. Among the attractions nearby are an Asian Wok, a Keto Cafe, several beauty salons, a small supermarket and a night club Lekki (you can read about it on Tripadvisor). If you want something more, then you need to go to the Dubai Mall. Fortunately it is nearby. You can get there on foot in 15-20 minutes, by taxi in 5 and 22-25 dirhams. It's a long way to the sea. Among the advantages: there is a swimming pool, gym and SPA. Beautiful view from the windows towards downtown Dubai. Friendly staff. I recommend it to those who need to stay in downtown for a relatively lower fee relative to the surrounding hotels..

Not impressed!!! I booked through a booking service. Upon check-in, the reservation was immediately cancelled by offering the best room.. In fact, it's a terrible room with a view of that floor. There is no minibar in the room, slippers and bathrobes too, dental and soap dishes are available. It's impossible to wait for the elevator in the morning, the wait is 20 minutes, although there are 3 ... many from the lower floors go all the way to the top, then go down, because the elevators are packed and you can't get in there.
