The service and the relationship between the staff are in a deplorable state. We had to wait for more than 2 hours for our reserved seat, but in the end, we couldn’t stay and left.
I do not recommend it at all…👎

A cool family restaurant with Turkish and local national cuisine! Everything is very tasty, the service is at a decent level! The staff is polite and competent, they will help you with the menu selection. Convenient location! There are parking spaces. There is a very nice hotel nearby. I definitely recommend it!

One of the advantages is a good, black, Turkish-like tea.
I didn't like it - the time for serving food is very long. At the same time, the dishes were from the standard menu, and there were relatively few people in the cafe. And even after 40 minutes of waiting, the chicken wings were raw inside.
The work of the waiters is just disgusting. For more than 2 hours of lunch, they never came up without asking us to remove or bring something. Before serving desserts, dirty plates were collected, but clean ones were not brought. Desserts were served on shared large plates, well, eat from them as you want. Someone from our table quietly asked for a plate, well, that's how they brought it to him. I don't understand, okay, these waiters don't know their job, but did they fall from the moon? Have they never received guests at home? Do they not understand elementary things?
Well, what can I say.... Dear owner of this establishment, your unprofessional cooks and waiters are stealing profits from you! And you are to blame for this, since you do not teach and do not control the process.
I don't advise anyone to go there!

The location is just super, the staff works clearly, the interior is pleasant and conducive to conversation. Why 3 stars? — either we were unlucky , or the food did not match our taste preferences .
I ordered a dolma , it felt like there was no meat there and the whole filling was made of porridge - like rice , spices did not combine with this rice ... I do not advise it , plus one dish served on a brazier was absolutely cool , they asked to warm it . The shurpa was delicious , there was a lot of meat . The Turkish coffee was 👍🏽 . A salad of suzma for three .
The girls and I decided not to visit this place anymore.

By booking a place in advance for iftar. I understand that food can be prepared in advance. But it was also warm, if not colder. my family didn't say anything, but I knew they were worthy of a hot meal after a long day of fasting.
