A truly iconic spot serving probably the most famous plov in Tashkent. Portions are generous, the meat is juicy, and the aroma of spices hits you the moment you walk in. The atmosphere is simple and authentic, always bustling with both locals and tourists who come here for the taste. A perfect place to experience real Uzbek plov served the traditional way.

An atmospheric and delicious must-visit place. You need to arrive at 11 or 12 o'clock, otherwise you will stand in queues for a long time. It is advisable to make your own orders on the territory of pilaf preparation, so it will be much faster than waiting for the waiter. And I recommend taking a liter of katyk/kefir/ayran, tomato salad and flatbread for pilaf. The portions are huge, the pilaf is varied, we liked everything.

It was my "first" pilaf in Tashkent and probably the best pilaf of my life. If you have never been to Uzbekistan before, forget everything you knew about pilaf before... Take your "first time" seriously - these taste sensations will stay with you for the rest of your life - choose a warm day, sit on the summer veranda of this wonderful establishment, make an order (in my case, it was a "Wedding" one) and just enjoy these minutes. I guarantee you that you will remember them more than once with a slight smile on your face and a pleasant (tickling) feeling in your stomach.

Those who have been to Tashkent and have not been here have not been to Tashkent, but this is my personal opinion. I was impressed by the scale with which everything happens to the tats. These giant cauldrons and tandoori, this flow of tourists, which they are coping with with a bang! Well done, in a word, it's delicious and healthy to visit this pilaf center!!! We were in the spring.

An incredibly colorful place! There is an opportunity to see the cooking of pilaf and tortillas. Not just to see, but also to take pictures. Fast and pleasant service, and very tasty! When I'm in Tashkent, I'll definitely go again.

Delicious and authentic in this establishment. You can watch how pilaf is cooked in the biggest cauldron I've ever seen! There are several types of pilaf and Uzbek dishes that are very pleasant in the tummy :))) I recommend it!

The pilaf is simply bombastic. It was also interesting to look at the pilaf cooking process itself. I never knew that pilaf is cooked on such a large scale. The pilaf and drinks are delicious. The pilaf is certainly fresh! I recommend it to everyone

The famous pilaf center in Tashkent. Lots of pilaf and other dishes. Very tasty. You can sit in the kitchen and see how everything is going. There are a lot of people, but you can always find a place to sit. The feed is fast. There's a TV tower nearby, you can take a walk.

This is not the same pilaf cent at all, one name. I came and asked what the prices on the menu were. I was told one price. Then, when she began to pay, they said a completely different amount, as a result, she gave 97 soums for pilaf salad and lemon with boiling water. It is very expensive considering that in a good restaurant you can also eat and not in this tavern ((and it is clear that the woman wrote the price from the fool. Everyone speaks Russian badly

A traditional place of ladling for tourists, the food is mediocre, there are a lot of people, a couple of photos and a portion of pilaf- such emotions await. A one-time story without emotions, cauldrons, pilaf and terrible service :)))))

We advised you to visit the Pilaf Center in Tashkent, as a very popular place where you can taste delicious Uzbek pilaf. The navigator gave this place away. We were surprised when we came in. There were no visitors. We ordered salad, pilaf, shurpa and flatbread. The order arrived quickly. I liked the pilaf. Crumbly, with raisins, chickpeas. My husband ate the shurpa. He said it was fine. The tortilla is cold and hard. The salad most likely stood for a while, because the tomatoes had already been given juice. The situation is uncomfortable. The Soviet-era dining room. A woman was mopping the floors in front of us. The young man who served us practically did not speak Russian, but he was able to understand us. A translator has been connected. As a result, we ate and had no digestive problems. According to the reviews, we realized that this is not the pilaf Center that is recommended to visit in Tashkent. In the navigator, be sure to score the landmark Tashkent TV tower. The next day we found the right cafe. A very visited place, there are large vats, a TV tower nearby. It's a very colorful place.

It is recommended to take a wedding pilaf and several types of meat to it. It is not greasy and very tasty. There is a fresh salad (tomato and cucumber), but for some reason it is not listed on the menu.

I thought that pilaf was delicious everywhere in Uzbekistan, but I didn't like it here, the meat was over-dried, everything was somehow not very good. The Central Asian pilaf center had the most delicious pilaf, although it's not a restaurant where you can sit and spend time for a long time.

In truth, pilaf is the number one in Tagkent. A large portion, for pilaf it is worth taking a salad with tomatoes and onions. Well, hot tea. And you will be happy. Maintenance standards.

The national cuisine is presented, a small assortment, but everything is very tasty. We took 1 serving of pilaf for two - a huge portion, a salad of fresh vegetables, tea in Tashkent. They brought everything very quickly. The waiter spoke Russian poorly, but we were able to understand each other)) The food was all fresh and very tasty, and the tortilla was hot - straight from the tandoor. The main visitors are local residents. Lunch for two cost 400 rubles. We were satisfied with visiting this place. I recommend it!

The most delicious pilaf I've ever tasted is right here. This is the Pilaf Palace. You can see how Tashkent tortillas are baked, how pilaf is cooked in unrealistically huge cauldrons - the serving is awesome! The wedding pilaf is simply a masterpiece! It's very tasty!!! And for three people, huge portions with tea and salad are less than 1,000 rubles. The atmosphere! You can drink freshly squeezed pomegranate juice at the exit! Thank you for your hospitality!❤️

Tourists should definitely visit. If you are ready to eat a huge plate of pilaf with amazingly delicious tortillas and lemonade and not regret anything, then definitely yes!!!! No, of course, if you want to eat in absolute sterile cleanliness, then it's better not to. Pilaf is cooked in huge cauldrons in an open area for visitors. The smell!!!! The color!!!!

This is not the Pilaf Center that you are most likely looking for, the one near the TV tower. Here the menu is small, without prices, find out immediately how much it costs, otherwise the price tag at the end of the meal will surprise you greatly. The more you look like a tourist, the higher the price will be. The staff speak Russian and English poorly. The food is average, nothing special

Be careful, most likely you are looking for another pilaf center, near the TV tower. This pilaf center is small, but we really liked the pilaf here. We were at around 14.20 and the hall was half empty, it's good that the pilaf remained. The service is fast, the atmosphere is calm, there are no tourists, only locals. There are many other national dishes. On occasion, I would definitely come here again.

If you want to get a real taste of Uzbekistan, you definitely need to visit the Pilaf Center in Tashkent! This is not just a place where pilaf is served, it is a real gastronomic journey and a feast of taste. The pilaf here is incomparable! Fragrant, crumbly, rich — exactly what a real Tashkent pilaf should be. Everything is prepared right in front of you, in huge cauldrons, and served with respect to each guest. The atmosphere is warm, cozy, and warm. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is clear that they love their business here and respect their guests. It's a place where you want to come back again and again. Warm greetings from Tatarstan, the city of Kazan! With gratitude and respect, I am a guest who has been conquered by the pilaf and kindness of the Uzbek land.

If you want to eat pilaf here, set aside a whole day for it. I have not seen such a crowd even in India. All the tables are occupied, where to order pilaf is completely unclear, and it is not known when it will be brought to you again, if you miraculously find an empty table and manage to place an order in this crowd
