Level 17 Local Expert

The stadium is very neglected, not well maintained. The asphalt is Soviet, broken, and it's not even convenient to run, not to mention a bike or roller skates. The grass is dry all year round. Although it is located between two schools and a swimming pool (water from the pool could be poured) . If the town center for children and youth is properly landscaped.
