I don't know if you'll read it now. We are not happy with the hotel and the food. We went to this hotel because of the short deadlines and little choice. Okay, the room is expensive and rich, but the doors are old. The ceiling in the bathroom is probably 1.90 , the shower is shabby , the towels are dirty . Yesterday , the staff came to the room without knocking with water . The food is just separate ! The plates are all broken , everything is already packed and it 's time to change . The food is designed like for Russian cuisine , sometimes a large selection . But today only rice porridge came up for breakfast . But it was possible to choose pumpkin , pasta with vegetables , sausages of a strange kind . Usually you wait for an omelet, pancakes, etc. And here is more lunch , not breakfast . And this is the beginning of my vacation ... paid for all inclusive , there is no choice . Juices are offered , you can 't pour it yourself - accordingly , you are waiting for the staff , which is not enough . I have already eaten , but the juice has just been brought

We were at the hotel from October 28 to November 7, 2021. I'll give the hotel a solid four, even closer to five. For three stars, a very decent hotel, yes small, but it may even be a plus. Well, the most important advantages are that it takes only 3-4 minutes to go to the sea, although you need to cross the road without crossing, but there are few lanes and the traffic is not intense, and the beach is free from the hotel. And of course, food is a very important component, if breakfast is as usual in hotels, then dinner and when they took lunch were always very tasty and varied. The staff is polite and some try to speak Russian, there are some of the staff who generally speak well. The air conditioner did not work one day, it was fixed on the same day. It would be possible to find fault with the numbers a little, but once again I will say that everything is very normal for a three-piece.

I was with two children in November 2018. Budget hotel, meals on "5", cleaning is not very good, you need to leave a key at the reception for this and ask to be cleaned. Towels are provided for the beach / pool . The hotel has its own swimming pool. Upon arrival, they ask for a passport as a deposit, but if you need to go to the city or go to Dubai, they give it away without any problems. There is a public beach nearby in a 5-minute walk. But there is a transfer to a beach hotel, for money. There is a free shuttle service from the hotel to the Sugar Mall. Busstation is 30 minutes on foot, the same distance to the amusement park and the market "locomotives". A museum and an aquarium are within walking distance.

Gorgeous kitchen. The owner is Armenian, in this regard, the chefs know how to cook: borscht, okroshka, pea, olivier, vinaigrette, excellent puree, goulash. In general, the stomach did not exactly understand that he was in another country. The rooms are shabby, we had on the 1st floor with access to the pool. The faucet was running, the ceiling in the bathroom was touching the door (I understand, it's hard to imagine, but when you arrive, you will understand), there was some mold on the wall in the room. But they respond to the reception, they are ready to relocate, if there is something free, the crane and a piece of the ceiling were replaced literally in a couple of hours. In general, it's all catchy to take on arrival, after half a day, after swimming on the beach, in the pool and having a delicious meal, everything is forgotten.

We rested in the UAE at the beginning of March 2020 (we managed to reach all the restrictions). We chose this hotel only because of the reasonable price. We found out about all the + and - after we settled in. Positive: 1) SOOO delicious food, there was even borscht (the chef is Kazakh, knows European cuisine). 2) Closed territory. Since we were vacationing with children (three children, 15 years old, 4 years old and 1 year old), safety was extremely important for us. The exit is only through the reception, the children alone were simply not allowed anywhere. Son (4 years old) he walked around the territory himself (after he ate first of all) while we sat in the restaurant and watched him through the panoramic windows. 3) There are not many rooms, so there was no fuss. 5) The room was cleaned every day. Cleaned well + brought, every day, 2 liters of mineral water (we always left 5 dirhams (100 rubles) for tea, maybe that's why we cleaned well). 5) The staff is responsive. 6) There are several supermarkets within walking distance. 7) The beach is 5-10 minutes walk away. You can list it for a long time. In general, a great hotel, the price-quality ratio is 1000%. Well, now about the cons: 1) The plumbing is not completely new, but everything worked properly. 2) The lack of pedestrian crossings, you had to run across the road, which is not very convenient when you have three children!!! To summarize. If we decide to have another rest in the UAE, then we will definitely choose this hotel!

The numbers do not match the photos that the tour operators offer .The rooms are old and shabby and require cosmetic repairs, as well as not providing hotel services that are included in the purchased tour.I had to contact the head office of the tour operator to solve these problems.
