The staff is absolutely unprofessional. We asked for a quiet room, they gave us a room by the pool where there is a party, and the music is blaring, the bass is impossible to sleep.

Great service. Great rooms for one.
Breakfasts are nice. Bars and restaurants are overpriced for what they offer. Waiters aren't too skilled.
Small bit nice pool area.

Great location. It is easy to get by metro from both the Marina and the Dubai Mall. The metro to Emirates and Dubai Mall is 5 dirhams nearby, the tram to the Marina is also 3 dirhams. The hotel itself is large and presentable enough, but a little old, the shower in the rooms sometimes does not hold.
And the rooms themselves are a separate art of design. I don't know who thought to make the bathroom open…
Okay, there's clear glass and from the room you can see everything that happens in the bathroom, so there's also no door, so it's cold to take a shower.
The breakfasts are part a la carte, part buffet. You can freely take fruits, cheeses, pastries, cereals, bread, vegetables, salads. The menu includes porridge, lots of egg dishes and toasts. They do not limit the order of dishes, you can even ask for additional red fish. I did not like that the order needs to wait a long time, apparently you need to order alternately, if you order 2-3 dishes at once, but to say which one to bring first, they will still bring everything at once and it will be a very long time to wait. On the 8th floor there is a small swimming pool, and at the very top there is a restaurant/club with a good view. The prices are not the highest, but it's better to go here if you like clubs and dancing.

A very decent hotel!
Polite and helpful staff, there are Russian-speaking girls at the reception. They helped us with any question we had. The room was always clean, towels were changed daily, tea, coffee, cream, and water were replenished. There is a kettle and a capsule coffee machine, an iron with ironing board in the room.
The breakfast is delicious and varied, hot dishes on the menu, the rest is a buffet.
Transfer to jbr beach at 10 and 11 o'clock by car, back at 14 o'clock by appointment the day before. It takes about 10 minutes to drive.
Convenient location, 5 minutes to the metro and tram stop, about 10 minutes to the Dubai Marina.

The hotel itself looks tired and worn. The standard rooms are very cramped. There is a bathtub behind a glass partition, a bed in the middle of the room, and everything around this bed. Cleaning is done every day and with sufficient quality. A swimming pool with a bar on the 8th floor. There is no sun by the pool, there is a sun at the bar from 13.00 to 17.00. A glass of beer 62 ED. A good city foursome, I'm here now.
The rooms are clean, new, the food is good, but not a buffet. I am completely satisfied, they gave me coupons for free alcohol as a compliment.
The Dubai Marina is 5-7 minutes away, literally cross the road. A good city hotel, if your goal is not to sit all day on the hotel grounds, recommend

Our first vacation in Dubai at the Media One Hotel!
The hotel is beautiful and modern, all rooms are new and comfortable. We were in room 1616, overlooking the city and our Al Khail metro station. Rooms are cleaned well every day. It's always clean. Our cleaners from the 16th floor are great fellows Jupith and UnniRaj. They always have an extra bottle of water or any necessary trifle for vacationers.
We would also like to thank the staff at the entrance to the main restaurant, on the ground floor. Yana speaks Russian and helps to solve any issue, not only in the restaurant, but also helps tourists navigate around interesting places in the city. We turned to her with any question: find a table in a crowded restaurant, sort out the English menu, suggest the nearest coffee shop, etc. She responds to any request with a sincere desire to help, which made our stay at the hotel much easier.
We liked everything, we plan to come to this hotel again.

We visited the hotel in January 2025.
I immediately liked the attitude, as the manager at the reception greeted me like family.
Unfortunately, I did not remember the name, I remember that I am from Kyrgyzstan.
Very friendly and kind, she made us an upgrade to the best room and late check-out is free of charge.
I liked the pool on the 8th floor, and the sauna too, but I had to look for a sauna.
The breakfasts were delicious, everything was fine, the only thing better to order yourself hot first, and then get yourself a plate from the buffet.

The views from the windows are beautiful, and it doesn't matter the direction. Of course, you need to go to the beach by transfer or taxi. It will take about 40-60 minutes on foot, depending on how many times you stop on the way and take photos. Breakfast is not very varied in the vetrina, but you need to order the main hot dish first, and then go to collect snacks from the buffet. Nice and pleasant pool on the 8th floor, fitness room. The breakfasts and dinners are great. Dinners on the menu two dishes to choose from and a drink. Breakfast is a small buffet like in Europe (sausages, cheeses, pastries, fruits, vegetables, muesli, yoghurts) and all kinds of egg dishes on the menu.
The hotel looks beautiful and stylish. Rooms with good repair, smart TV, ironing board, iron, hair dryer, large bathroom, shampoo, shower gel, air conditioning, towels of different sizes, bathrobes and so on. The only negative is the transparent wall. The door to the toilet is made of frosted glass.
The eco-friendly agenda of the hotel pleases - you can spend dirhams in the restaurant for refusing to clean. Water is brought in glass bottles.
The hotel is a little far from the sea. The nearest beach can be reached in 10 minutes, but we didn't want to swim there. We went to jbr by tram or bus, the benefit of the stop nearby and not long to go. The metro is a 5-minute walk away. The shuttle to the sea goes at an inconvenient time when it's already hot outside. Towels or umbrellas are not allowed on the beach. Only for the pool.
The staff is friendly, but there are few Russian speakers.

Nice hotel, clean, good breakfast, fast wifi, parking for residents. The Marina is a 15-minute walk away. A normal gym.

Your transfer to the JBR beach from the hotel at 10 and 11 am (record for the day). If you want to go there on the weekend, you will need a deposit for the entrance to the beach, which you can spend there.
If you check into the hotel early, if you do not want to be checked into the room before 14:00, try to approach another girl at the reception. The Russian-speaking Sabba helped us, because the other one turned out to be principled and offered to solve this issue with money.
Of the disadvantages of the hotel:

I had a rest with my son in August 2023. I liked absolutely everything! We were warmly welcomed, there were Russian-speaking staff at the reception. We lived on the 13th floor, from where a gorgeous view opened. Meals - the breakfasts are very tasty and varied. On his son's birthday, the hotel staff congratulated him, presented him with a delicious cake and handed him a postcard with wishes for memory, it was unexpected and very pleasant!
From the hotel they took their transport to the beach, they also came back for us and delivered us to the hotel.
Therefore, the service, food and accommodation deserves a good five!

Lovely hotel, friendly and caring staff. A wonderful room with a stunning view from the panoramic window!!! View of Jumeirah!!! Almost daily walks around the Dubai Marina and the proximity to the gorgeous Dubai beach turned a trip to work into a premium vacation)
We came for work for 3 months, after a couple of weeks the manager advised us to write to the management for a discount due to the length of stay. And we were approved!!! Provided a discount of almost 50%.
Many thanks to Anastasia!!! For us who do not know English, she was the main person in the hotel, we contacted her about payment and other issues. Moreover, Anastasia even gave us her personal phone number in case of a possible accident when we took a taxi to the neighboring emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. I rested with my son for 8 years from August 5 to August 11. I chose the hotel according to reviews- we arrived at night - we settled in, there is no Russian-speaking staff, a girl who knows English and helped us settled in well with us. They didn't explain which floor the room was on - we arrived in Dubai for the first time, in such huge hotels for the first time. No one helped with the luggage either. I didn't like that the walls in the bathroom are completely made of glass, it's very uncomfortable to be in such a room with my son. Breakfast - there is a small buffet - sausages, cheeses (very tasty), fruit pineapples, melons, apples, pears, plums oranges, fresh fruit, tea, coffee, juices and the menu is the same mainly from eggs, for all the days that we rested, it's already tired of everything monotonous. Portions can be eaten, fruits and livers were taken out with them. Our room was on the 19th floor, a view of a nearby hotel, high-rise buildings to the left, a ring of roads to the right. The pool is cooled - there are rods and towels. It is very disgusting that smoking is allowed by the pool, and not in certain places. We didn't go to the sea on the highway, but when we went ourselves, they didn't give us towels, although they wrote about it in the reviews. Every day we cleaned the room, gave a bottle of water. They paid a stupid tax immediately upon check-in of $ 30. Dry ration at the departure of laughter- 2 fruits and 2 livers.
