A new modern very pleasant building. Beautiful view from the windows on the Lucian side, and on the Dubai Marina and the Ferris wheel at the same time. Nice pool. There is a children's part with a mini water slide. There is a gym, a Thai salon with normal prices. The building has a small supermarket with everything you need.
