Nice hotel. But the spiral staircase there is just awful. The location is perfect. The rooms are clean and cozy, and most importantly, this is not a brothel.

I really liked the hotel. I was especially pleased with the convenient location: everything you need is nearby - cozy coffee shops and a botanical garden. Everything was stylish, clean and with a soul!

excellent location, near the botanical garden, you can walk to the shopping center. clean, polite staff, good service. on the call, all the issues that arose were immediately resolved (there was no blanket in the room - they brought it right away, they needed an iron - they showed where they could iron their trousers). everything in the room is fresh, clean, well renovated, and has a pleasant, quite modern interior. Kettle, bathroom accessories, bathrobe, slippers, everything that should be. I definitely recommend it. The price-quality ratio was very pleasing.

Disgusting service. I called in advance and booked a room. They told me to arrive at 14 o'clock, because the room would be vacated at 12 o'clock and cleaning would be required. I arrived at 14:25, but the guests had not left yet and we were told to wait another hour. With two kids and bags! In general, I am disappointed
