I really like this hotel. The rooms are clean, spacious, have all the necessary accessories, as well as a hairdryer, refrigerator, coffee machine and kettle. The hotel itself is stylish, there are several restaurants where you can eat, the buffet breakfasts are also good here, there is a large selection where everyone will find something to eat. The location is convenient, the Dubai Mall is 10 minutes away by taxi, or if you want, you can walk in 30 minutes, but really on the way. There is no access to the sea, but there is a swimming pool, previously it was not built up on each side and the sun broke through, now it is more difficult to sunbathe there and there is more wind, but the pool itself is not bad. You can also eat or drink a drink by the pool, eat salads / hot dishes, but more often fast food dishes, prices are reasonable. The hotel also has a minimarket where you can also buy something at more affordable prices. In general, if you don't care about having a place to sunbathe, then feel free to choose this hotel.

This is a hotel and residence. The staff is not always friendly , there are definitely Russian speakers , but I did not come across any . They check in at about 9-10, before that you can relax at the pool , have a snack there, and the menu is passable, mostly fast food. The disadvantage is that there are only high-rise buildings around the hotel and the sun hardly breaks through these stone jungles, so you can't get a nice tan . The rooms are nice, even just standard, they are spacious, bright and clean! There is a coffee machine, kettle , all bathroom accessories, iron and hairdryer . But the refrigerators are not working well.😕The breakfasts are great , friends. 🤌🏼 There is something for everyone to eat. There is a mini market on the ground floor , where you can buy bread and toothpaste at affordable prices . Another disadvantage is that when the hotel is occupied , you can wait for the elevator for 15 minutes . It just pisses you off . The hotel is beautiful, there are many locations for photos, but for me there is no soul in it, as if in a City. Despite the minor drawbacks, I give you a 5 and recommend you to visit!

I don't understand who is writing these positive reviews? I am staying at the hotel (from 11/25/25 to 12/02/25) in room 5804. The hotel is old. The furniture is old, and the phone charging ports built into the furniture are not working. The water just won't go away, it's in the shower. The refrigerator just doesn't work because of old age. The air conditioning system is dead, the room is constantly humid and cool, according to the service specialist, this is a ventilation system, and there is no other option for this system, 20 years ago. In elevators, which are simply outdated both in appearance and in their organization of movement up / down, you will spend more time than in a taxi ride to the center from the hotel. Breakfast - eggs (scrambled eggs or fried eggs), porridge, several cakes, cheap coffee, the same slicing of some kind of dull sausage and the same questionable cheese, lettuce leaves and sliced tomatoes, it's all the same every day without changing the diet. Those who write positive reviews are either visitors from small Russian cities who have seen 5-star hotels only in Turkey when they stayed in cheap hotels, which Turks call five for Russian tourists, or they came here out of season, and having paid pennies for this hotel during the period of lack of demand for hotels, they are glad that there is a principle here: for free and sweet vinegar. The fitness room is one name, not only is it the size of a two-room apartment in an old five-story building, but there simply aren't any basic exercise equipment. Don't even dream of a hammam or sauna after the gym. Don't even think about the pool, it's the size for children, but given its age and unsanitary conditions, even the most irresponsible parent won't let a child in there.
