The conditions do not meet the standards of the Hyatt network. In general, the rooms are clean, although the furniture is old. The service is disgusting. They got out of the taxi, there were employees standing on the street, no one thought to come pick up their suitcases until the taxi driver asked them to do so. They are sitting at the reception with unhappy faces. They asked for a taxi before leaving, waited 10 minutes, and no one called a taxi.

Great view of the port, the hotel has an ice rink and a supermarket! A huge room! The staff responds promptly to requests! Breakfast for three. Early check-in if the room is available!
