The staff's terrible attitude when you come to sell them your phone. They communicate rudely, judging by the questions they ask, they don't know much about technology. The flagship of 2024 (Samsung) with the only drawback - scuffs on the sides, they offered to give it for 50 rubles for spare parts, or nothing at all (it was sold for 1,500 on kufara).
