Unacceptable attitude towards a seriously ill patient. On 06/20/2025, I brought my 84-year-old father to polyclinic No. 34 for a CT scan of the chest organs. He was diagnosed with lung cancer, as well as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). As of that moment, he had a sharp deterioration in his condition: severe shortness of breath, rapid breathing with wheezing, weakness. We arrived 15 minutes earlier than the scheduled time, which caused obvious dissatisfaction among the staff of the CT office — Lidiya Alexandrovna and Litvenyuk Dmitry Sergeevich. In addition, technical shortcomings in the direction were revealed, which was accompanied by an extremely negative reaction on their part. Instead of focusing on helping a patient in serious condition, I had to listen to irritated comments. I asked for a CT scan and, if possible, to prepare a description promptly, as I planned to call an ambulance. The CT scan was dissatisfied and unhurriedly done, but the description was refused. Moreover, after conducting the study, I asked to call an ambulance, but was refused with the wording: "We can't, we're busy." I was also asked to call a taxi and take my father to the hospital on my own. Such indifference on the part of medical professionals is extremely outrageous, especially considering the patient's condition. It was only after contacting the registry and voicing the intention to leave an official review that the situation got off the ground. The medical staff reluctantly intervened and only then an ambulance was called. Subsequently, the father was admitted to hospital No. 6 with a diagnosis of pneumonia. I would like to thank the medical staff of Hospital No. 6 for their sensitivity, professionalism and timely assistance. Here, the patient was treated with due attention and respect, unlike the staff of polyclinic No. 34. I believe that the behavior of individual employees of polyclinic No. 34 requires an administrative assessment and appropriate measures. Such an attitude towards elderly and seriously ill patients is unacceptable.

And this happens all the time. Deal with this problem already and with the boorish employees who work with these cards, as if people should give them money so that they can find at least something! The last time I applied a year and a half ago, it seems all this time my card was lying in the doctor's office, you can judge for yourself the "responsibility" of boorish women who are responsible for this)) I put two stars just for the doctors, so far there have been no questions for them, all polite and pleasant people (surprisingly).

I like the service less and less every year. There are not many doctors who really delve into your problems, for example, Alieva or Lagoyskaya, Marcinkevich, Lyutova, I do not remember the last name of the rheumatologist. Many others don't care, they just serve their working hours. Neither an analysis to clarify the diagnosis will be discharged, nor will they be interviewed normally. Before making a diagnosis, they give you a poke to try to drink medicines, maybe it will help. Pleasant specialists work in the physiotherapy room, the acupuncturist Valentina Nikolaevna is just super, I go to her periodically.

I rarely visited this clinic, almost never, until I became pregnant. I am being observed in gynecology- there are no questions, a wonderful gynecologist Kuryanova I.A. But as soon as there is a question about me as a patient (the gynecologist sent me to the therapist with my complaints), problems occurred. Firstly, it is not easy to get to the therapist in turn (by passing everyone by ticket and in turn, although it is written on each door that pregnant women are served out of turn). I wanted to get to my precinct officer - Kucherova (a wonderful doctor and a person), seeing that I was with an exchange card (i.e. pregnant), sent me to the head of the department. It is correct, perhaps you need to be more careful with pregnant women, but the head of the department said that she would not accept me, I need to make an appointment with an expert doctor (a therapist for pregnant women). I made an appointment the next day, the symptoms of ARVI showed up at the reception and I was thrown on sick leave. It became a test to close the hospital - the first time I came, sitting in line, I told the nurse that I was pregnant, she told me to sit in line (again, there is an inscription on all doors - pregnant out of turn), at the doctor's appointment I clarified, indeed, I have the right to do so. The sick leave was extended, because my complaints remained (with which the therapist for pregnant women did not help me, because there was a buzz about the sick leave). The next time I came to close the hospital to the head of Alieva (as I was told) - they examined me at the reception, listened to everything according to the canons, and then brought me to the deputy. Ask the doctor for help - whether to close the sick leave. !Alieva's words are "the patient's complaints do not correspond to reality." I was scolded as if I had come and brazenly lied about my complaints in order to extend my sick leave… I couldn't defend my position under valerian, my husband will be able to. I do not advise pregnant women to contact this clinic (only if they are pregnant with a gynecologist). It is definitely better to pay for it if something bothers you both in private trusted centers and with trusted specialists! Now I will try not to visit this institution at all.

The allergist refused to take it on request from another clinic because there is no coupon. But how can a person with an allergy attack have a ticket? Do I need to know about this in advance and take a ticket? After talking with the head doctor, they accepted of course. We duplicated almost word for word the available treatment and recommendations from the last hospitalization. They also refused to give a certificate that the person was there. Thank you so much for wasting 4 hours of time in line for nothing. And then the doctors yell that they have a hard job and a small salary! What do you need to pay for? For incompetence? For refusing to do your own work? It is beyond comprehension! Please tell me, what will you dear doctors do if, for example, all railway workers, drivers and sellers start working like you? It's a nightmare, not a clinic. I sincerely wish that in any instance you would be treated exactly the same as people.

I want to leave a review about the work of the day hospital for pregnant patients, namely about the doctor Khaikina. This specialist behaved absolutely incorrectly, did not answer my questions about the examinations (she demanded to admit that I just did not want to give birth, but wanted a caesarean section, this was after my examination by an ophthalmologist with high-grade myopia, etc. with questions that she simply refused to watch), raised her voice, showed aggression (tapped her fingers on the table, made snide remarks while measuring blood pressure), made prescriptions for taking the drug with INN metoprolol, which contradict common sense, the recommendations of TWO cardiologists and the general characteristics of the drug, humiliated me, questioned who exactly I work for has I always been "LIKE THIS", accused of lying (she considers the tonometer a very rare device and proved that I don't have one), allowed me to comment on my relationship with my husband (in her opinion, I should have told him something about my well-being, which I didn't understand out of fear and confusion because Khaikina literally flew out into the hallway, saying that she would communicate with my husband, which shocked both of us). My husband and I did not come into conflict solely because of my pregnancy, so as not to harm the child, because I would be very worried about this (although I had a GREAT desire to write an appeal to the Ministry of Health). As a result, I have earned the white coat syndrome and shaking hands before going to the clinic. I understand perfectly well that my review will not change anything, but I want to believe that the clinic administration will pay attention to the actions of this specialist. It is very disappointing in this situation that I spent the entire pregnancy in this clinic and was very pleased with my wonderful attending physician, excellent midwife, therapist for pregnant women, as well as the conditions - a separate test time, convenient appointment time, etc.

Compared to other clinics, it seems to be good. The polyclinic strives for changes for the better. There is an electronic queue for specialized offices (analyzes, ECG, etc.). But the other side - the electronic queue may not work. The hospital MESS when contacting. It is not normal to sit 2-3-4 hours (my record last year was 5.5 hours - from 14 to 19.30). Why not make an electronic queue here, but people are queuing in 4 offices, swearing, disorder, who follows whom and where -it is unclear. It's unclear what's with the coupons. There are few specialized specialists (ophthalmologist, neurologist, etc.), there are no coupons, and if there is how it works, I have repeatedly observed swearing in front of the neurologist's office. So far, a C for the organization. And, by the way, it's bad that the driver's commission was removed.

For a budget polyclinic, the level of service is quite good. The staff is attentive and polite, although it is clear that they are often overloaded. There are basic specialists. Good X-ray service. CT scan is in place, X-ray, fluoro is there. Basic tests can be passed without problems. You can get good physiotherapy treatment. If necessary, they can be sent to other institutions for rehabilitation. The clinic is clean. The elevators were recently changed. The problem with parking is like everywhere else in the center.
