A quiet little hotel, excellent for its price. Small modern rooms, good beds and air conditioning, everything is ergonomically placed. The breakfasts are simple, the choice is small, but the products are fresh. We chose from budget options within walking distance to the metro. The metro is nearby, but the area is such that it is better not to walk in the evenings... It's a long way to the beaches, taking into account the traffic jams by taxi for 20 minutes, the hotel is suitable for those who came to see the city and need to spend the night on a budget.

It's quite a decent hotel for your money. The beds are comfortable, the room is spacious and very clean. There are two metro stations and Carrefour and Nesto shops within a 10-minute walk. There is an electric kettle and two mugs in the room, and every day they bring 500 ml bottles of water and packaged tea/coffee. The sockets in the room are English, without adapters

A relatively new hotel (5 years old). Cleaning is daily, 2 bottles of water are provided daily. Metro within walking distance, malls, numerous restaurants and cafes. Polite staff. The restaurant is open from 6:30 to 23 hours, which is very convenient. I recommend breakfast (buffet, there is enough of everything) for short stays and business trips

The service is polite, the cleaning is timely, the breakfasts are delicious (the choice is limited, but you will not leave hungry). In the evening, a cockroach was found in the room, killed, and asked to be removed. We were told that the cleaner would be here in the morning and would arrive at 9:00. I'm writing a review, it's 11:18, no one has come... I came to the reception, they say they will send it now. Very nice rooms, quiet, clean. There is everything you need. Free Wi-fi from the norm.speed. Breakfast is without frills, but you will not go hungry, fresh fruits / vegetables are also available. Walking distance to 2 metro lines, supermarket/pharmacy in 3 min walk, Burjuman mall in 10 min walk. Friendly and unobtrusive staff, someone speaks a little Russian. The hotel is located in the historical part of the city.

My husband and I were on vacation in March of this year. Very clean hotel. Friendly staff. Food and service at a high level. The rooms were cleaned every day. Bathroom accessories, drinking water, tea leaves, coffee, sugar were replenished daily. There were very pleasant impressions. The only great wish to the hotel is to arrange a transfer to the sea.
