A quiet little hotel, excellent for its price. Small modern rooms, good beds and air conditioning, everything is ergonomically placed. The breakfasts are simple, the choice is small, but the products are fresh. We chose from budget options within walking distance to the metro. The metro is nearby, but the area is such that it is better not to walk in the evenings... It's a long way to the beaches, taking into account the traffic jams by taxi for 20 minutes, the hotel is suitable for those who came to see the city and need to spend the night on a budget.

Nice hotel, stayed for three days. The metro is nearby, a 15-minute walk away. Close to shops, 30 minutes old Dubai. Take it with breakfast, I recommend a buffet breakfast, do not wake up hungry. The staff is polite. Dubai Airport is nearby, it takes about 20 minutes by metro, We took off from another airport, Al Maktoum is a long way away, we took a taxi with 160 locals on the meter. It's quite a decent hotel for your money. The beds are comfortable, the room is spacious and very clean. There are two metro stations and Carrefour and Nesto shops within a 10-minute walk. There is an electric kettle and two mugs in the room, and every day they bring 500 ml bottles of water and packaged tea/coffee. The sockets in the room are English, without adapters

Liked the hotel: clean, minimalistic, close to metro/bus stops /supermarkets. The service is polite, the cleaning is timely, the breakfasts are delicious (the choice is limited, but you will not leave hungry). Among the wishes - more hangers in the dressing area (4 pieces were catastrophically small for two) and a transfer to the beach at least once a day there / back

A relatively new hotel (5 years old). Cleaning is daily, 2 bottles of water are provided daily. Metro within walking distance, malls, numerous restaurants and cafes. Polite staff. The restaurant is open from 6:30 to 23 hours, which is very convenient. I recommend breakfast (buffet, there is enough of everything) for short stays and business trips

Great hotel. Beautiful rooms. Good breakfasts. There are two metro stations, shops and cafes nearby. An alcohol store. True, there is no transfer to the sea, but you are not tied to a specific beach. We toured almost all the beaches of La Mer, Marina, but we liked Al mamzar!

I really liked it. We were two adults and one child 4 years old. The room is large. Cleaning every day, the food is delicious, but you need to warn them not to cook too hot. Near the metro, alcohol market until 22.00 The nearest beach is 10 minutes by taxi. Within walking distance of the historic district of Al Faqidi, the canal and the embankment.

My husband and I were on vacation in March of this year. Very clean hotel.
Friendly staff. Food and service at a high level. The rooms were cleaned every day. Bathroom accessories, drinking water, tea leaves, coffee, sugar were replenished daily. There were very pleasant impressions. The only great wish to the hotel is to arrange a transfer to the sea.

Very nice rooms, quiet, clean. There is everything you need. Free Wi-fi from the norm.speed. Breakfast is without frills, but you will not go hungry, fresh fruits / vegetables are also available. Walking distance to 2 metro lines, supermarket/pharmacy in 3 min walk, Burjuman mall in 10 min walk. Friendly and unobtrusive staff, someone speaks a little Russian. The hotel is located in the historical part of the city.
