i had dinner at Green Salads restaurant on 09.11.2025 at around 16:40. However, I noticed that there were hairs on the served dish. I immediately reported the situation to the staff working and twice requested the manager to come to the table. Despite this, the manager was not interested, no apology or solution was offered. Although I experienced an unhygienic situation, a fee of 810.00 TL was charged by me. Pay October (The payment receipt is presented in the appendix.) This incident is clearly contrary to both food safety and hygiene rules and consumer rights.
