Just love this hotel! Starting from the entrance, the interior is thought out to the smallest detail, there are a lot of sticky installations, a convenient reception area, they settled in very quickly, helped with suitcases and gave a mini gift - delicious cookies. There is a separate counter where you can leave parcels to your room. A pleasant lobby with a coffee shop with upholstered sofas. The room has a stunning, minimalist and cozy design, comfortable beds, armchairs, tables, incredible views. There is a wonderful gym, with towels, water, mats, good exercise equipment, the only thing is that there are almost no exercise equipment on your feet. The gym is open around the clock, and the workload is minimal in the evening. There are two swimming pools in the hotel, we only got to one. The rooftop pool is beautiful, warm water, everything is green, towels are provided, there is a bar. And, of course, the incredible view of the Burj Khalifa and the city. The breakfasts at the hotel are wonderful! There are cuisines from different countries, everything is very tasty, varied, there are fruits, desserts, there are dishes that can be prepared and brought to the table, there is a separate bar where very good coffee is prepared. I really liked the outdoor area - the outdoor breakfasts were even more enjoyable. On the last day, they brought us an incredibly delicious honey cake - a thank you from the hotel. The staff is very positive, very nice guys. They will always help with everything, they will tell you everything. In general, the accommodation was incredibly pleasant. 🤍

I'm currently staying at this hotel. One of the advantages is a modern pleasant hotel with two pools (not deep max 1.5m), helpful staff. The food is delicious, but there are not many dishes. 8min metro and nearby shopping center. Cons - they didn't congratulate you on your birthday at all, this is the first time I've met you, every year I relax somewhere on the dr, they always bring a cake... the dr was yesterday. This morning I was woken up by drilling the walls and hammering at 9 a.m. (at 11 a.m. I left, the knocking continued). It should be noted that when I asked what was going on for repairs, the reception was extremely surprised, they might say the neighbors in the room))) Do I answer with a punch?? ) They say we'll clarify. There was no bathrobe in the room when I asked if there shouldn't be one? They said you probably already used it)) I answer that no, it was not there initially - after that it was brought. It's a lot of stressful moments for a five for that kind of money, isn't it?

Good day! We chose a hotel for a very long time before the trip, and we want to save time with our other reviews. Friends, you can safely go to this hotel. For all the years of traveling, we can safely say that this is the best place we have ever been. Excellent service that leaves no doubt. Rich and varied breakfasts. Paradise empty pools. I would like to express special gratitude to the Russian-speaking receptionist Stacy (Anastasia), who tried and organized the best available rooms for us, as well as late check-out at our request on an exceptional basis. Only positive emotions and delight. We have an unspoken rule in travel - do not stay in hotels where we have previously been, but we feel that in the case of Hillton it will have to be broken. We definitely recommend you to visit!

Hello everyone I want to share a fresh (from 04/19/2023 to 04/25/2023) review of my stay at the "DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai M Square Hotel & Residences 5*». We chose the most favorable period for visiting, the end of April, the weather is not too hot, the sea is warm. They settled us right away, at 10 am and made a late check-out at 15.00. The hotel is very beautiful, modern, opened in 2021. The location is very convenient, almost in the center, lots of shops, restaurants, two metro stations within a 10-minute walk. The rooms are spacious, with high ceilings, huge bathrooms. Cosmetics in the bathroom smells amazing, hair after shampoo and balm shine and sparkle. Water is brought to the room, cleaned, there are bathrobes and towels. There are free sun beds and towels by the pool. We went with the children, took three meals a day, did not always have time to get on it. For lovers of Arabic and Indian cuisine, this is paradise. And we love it, hummus bar, tabule, mutabal, mini pies (sambusa) of different types. There are a lot of national and European desserts. The children were delighted with the chocolate fountain and a bucket of nutella every morning. Usually dinners are on the menu, but we got to the last days of Ramadan, when amazing tables were set for Iftar (dinner). But the dinner menu was also appreciated, a lot and delicious. The staff is polite, smiling and responsive. An unpleasant incident happened to us. The son jumped on the bed on the first day of arrival, fell and smashed his forehead on the bedside table, the skin burst, had to go to the clinic, stitches were applied. The girl Violetta, a Russian-speaking employee, came with us, was there, translated everything and helped to arrange documents. Thank her so much for that! Medicine in Dubai is very expensive, all manipulations + medications cost $ 230. Take into account this item of expenses upon arrival in Dubai. Stitches were applied at the nearest clinic asterclinic.ae , Dr. Hassan. Everything healed quickly, it didn't hurt for a day. Thanks to Dr. Hassan! The son was bathing in a rubber cap. On the last day of departure, the stitches were removed. The rest was wonderful, despite the above nuances. We hope to return to this hotel again.

Always impeccable DoubleTree service. Cleanliness in the rooms, delicious and varied breakfasts. This hotel has a bias towards Indian cuisine, but a lot of traditional dishes. To order - any egg dishes. Yoghurts, pastries, watermelons and melons, hummus and babaganush, juices and smoothies. It will not work to stay hungry. The rooms are cleaned daily. The pool is on the 19th floor with views of the Burj Khalifa and the frame. Small, but great. There is also a swimming pool on the 2nd floor. The gym is open 24/7, very convenient. An adapter for the outlet is given.

I really liked the hotel! Rested (15.06-26.06.2023) Located between 2 metro stations "Burjuman" and "ADSB" near the hotel there is a shopping center with many shops and cafes, there is a grocery store "Karifur", also 5 minutes from the hotel there is a large budget store where there is everything "Day to Day". The hotel staff is very kind and helpful. There are 2 swimming pools on the 1st and 17th floor. They give out free towels and there are paid (100 dirhams) and free sun beds. The buffet (breakfast) is very varied (for every taste). For dinner, there was sometimes a buffet (Indian cuisine prevailed.Acute) . But for non-spicy lovers, a separate menu was brought, where you could order pasta, Greek salad, Caesar, cheesecake, tiramisu and a very tasty beef steak (3 photos) and salmon. The room was cleaned every day.( water was also brought every day ) .

Interior: Excellent, modern hotel, clean rooms with high ceilings, stylish furniture and new plumbing. Swimming pool: The hotel has two swimming pools, on the second (?) and one of the upper floors Sun beds in the pool on the top floor are paid, 50 dirhams for the whole day. Everything is very clean and new, city view. Food: Here the hotel, as well as the whole of Dubai, has failed. Lots of Indian food, all spicy. We took breakfasts and dinners, a la carte dinner, of average quality, it is better to eat in cafes and restaurants nearby. Service and staff: The rooms were cleaned very clean! Always perfect cleanliness and fresh linen. The staff does not speak Russian at all. English with their accent leaves much to be desired. Location: The hotel is located at a distance from the "center" and the whole party, but within walking distance from the metro. There are many shops and cafes/restaurants around. To Dubaymall 30-40 minutes by taxi/metro. The golden frame is 10 minutes away by taxi.
