As a businessman, I understand the importance of feedback - thanks to it, continuous growth of the company is possible, therefore, as a tribute to my colleagues, I want to share my shopping experience at the Oysha store in Minsk, Belarus. If this was my store and I found out that my salespeople work the way they do in Dana Mall, I would fire everyone right there) At least 4 girls that I had the honor to chat with today. To put it in order: I asked the first employee in the hall about the model I needed and got the answer that there was no such model here, and after that, at the beginning of the hall, I found such a model, even two; the second girl just interfered with me when I was choosing a top for myself: she started hanging the product right on my tray - so that I had to bypass her and feel uncomfortable from such close contact with another person; the third one did not understand what question I was asking at all, and decided to refuse, without even offering alternative options. Despite the fact that I wanted to update my entire sports wardrobe, I drove 10 km to the store on purpose, but I got lost in the assortment, did not receive a single consultation, and I lost the desire to measure something. Just taking a sports visor, no one even smiled at me at the checkout, did not say thank you for the purchase - a barely alive hand handed me a package. I don't want to go into big details- I just wanted to say that I didn't get any service at this store at all. Because of this, I did not make the planned purchases, I will not return from now on and will tell all my friends about my experience, because for such a price to receive such a service is not to respect myself.
