There was a failure in updating the amount on the personal account of thermal energy. I tried to solve this issue on my own for a week. They told me to call the heat power myself. I call, they say everything has been updated, they said to write Payme again. I write to Payme, they say I need a receipt as confirmation that the payment has passed. And to get a receipt, I need to go to the office of thermal energy. Then what is the point of an online application?! I say it's your partners, you can call and find out from them what's wrong. They say we can't. What does it mean? LAWLESSNESS! What then is the support if everyone has to decide for themselves!
