It's stuffy, the seller doesn't serve well, walks around doing his business, responds with a favor. It's also expensive, not much cheaper than other sellers of balloons and holiday goods, although they position themselves as a wholesaler. I definitely do not recommend it. There are other companies on Kaspi that sell this category much cheaper.
