I would like to express my gratitude to you for organizing the tour and helping with visa support for the Italy Classic tour, which took place from 07/05/25 to 07/12/25. Everything was clearly coordinated during the tour, they met at the airport in Rome, took us to the hotel, Leila the guide was responsible for her work - she always sent timely information on our further movement through Italy (where we meet, I reset the locations of the meeting places, as well as how we settle in, which hotels who lives in, what time we wake up, breakfast, check out, etc.). The Italian drivers on the bus were always friendly, helped to load the suitcases, smiled, and treated all tourists positively.

We asked Gelena for help in applying for an Italian visa. We told all the nuances of what we were waiting for and we had to do it quickly.
