I was surprised by the quality of the food, or rather the incredible taste. I'm not a meat lover at all. But these two meat dishes were incredible. Both mine and my friend's. They couldn't eat anymore because the portion was large, but because of the incredible taste, it was impossible to stop.
It's also a delicious lentil soup.
I would also like to eat desserts, but I no longer had the opportunity to overeat) I will definitely come back again.
It was raining, but it didn't spoil the view. The view of the city, the mosque, and the sea is magnificent.
I highly recommend visiting this place.
It is very beautiful and aesthetically pleasing in the restaurant. The table setting, the dishes when serving dishes are special, the aesthetics are in detail, and it pleases everything else.

We found a restaurant by navigating the Internet. A very interesting elevator in the hotel with an interior door.
The restaurant itself is quite modest, the view is pretty in the evening, but you can immediately multiply the prices by 10. And the service is so-so, the waiters come for a long time, although all the tables were empty.
In general, if you want to drink coffee and see the view, then please, if you want to eat, I do not advise, we paid a lot, but we left hungry, we had to eat a shawarma downstairs.

Rating two is only for the appearance and efforts of the staff. And it's not about the price of the dishes-for such a price you expect truly delicious food and good portions, but we were not disappointed anywhere. At the same time, we have been to other panoramic restaurants in the area, so we chose this one based on reviews and I would never recommend it to anyone. Two snacks did not make an impression - ordinary and small portions. Hot dishes - two versions of lamb came out - slices and the so-called kebab on bread. The taste of the two dishes is the same and resembles not restaurant food, but porridge of some kind. For that kind of money, it tasted better in other places. Therefore, I advise everyone to avoid this place. We were very upset that the last evening was ruined.

There were no questions about the kitchen or the service.
There was nothing annoying about the waiters' behavior - they were professional, emphatically neutral, without familiarity and obsequious cordiality.
I was thinking of lowering the score for a girl who played the violin out of tune and walked between the rows.
(Do you know, there are musicians who think that their "virtuoso" playing is entertaining, but in reality they want to pay for an hour of silence? :))
But I did not remember it immediately, after giving an excellent grade - six months after visiting, I remember only the good things.
In my opinion, the establishment is not for every day, but in case of a gala dinner with friends (up to a banquet - the area allows, but in this case it is advisable to book 1.5 - 2 weeks in advance, for a regular dinner with friends it is enough to call a day, if not a couple of hours).

The price tag is unreasonably high, yes, the view is beautiful, but the food is not delicious, they ordered a tuna salad - they brought a green salad with canned tuna, a steak salad also did not taste impressive, in total they paid around 8000 rubles for two not tasty salads and 2 cocktails, they did not dare to order hot anymore.
The area is full of restaurants with beautiful views with more delicious cuisine and with a lower price tag, please do not be fooled by beautiful reviews if it is important for you not only to look at the city, but also to eat normally.

A small authentic elevator will take you to the top from the first floor, and if you want to travel by time machine after dinner, you can go down the steep spiral staircase. It is better to book a table in advance for dinner. The breakfasts are modest in choice, but in general, classic, plus Turkish traditional snacks. On the day of booking, the reservation was confirmed and here I am. Magnificent views from all windows of the restaurant. The prices are great, but the quality is worth it. I took seafood - everything is very tasty and fresh. After learning that I had a doctor (they didn't ask for supporting documents), they congratulated me with dessert and a digestive, turned on a Russian song, and all the staff left. I don't know who lacked the attention of the staff - they came up to me every 3-4 minutes, and if they didn't show up in my field of vision, then it was clear in the reflection that they were monitoring the dinner process. We visited the Panorama restaurant in Istanbul with a stunning view of the city. The service was top-notch, the waiters Yusuf and Husain spoke Russian and were very attentive.
