We rested in this hotel from 2.09 to 9.09.2022. There was one person from the Russian-speaking staff. The food is mostly Thai, not very diverse. There were many spicy dishes even on the children's menu. After the weekend, the children's menu disappeared altogether. Everyone who took not all inclusive was very sorry. There are no shops nearby. We have to take a taxi. Who goes for the first time needs to be very careful when choosing the date of the planned vacation. It is better to choose the end of October- beginning of November and March- April. In the summer months it's just a sauna. It is not possible to be outside even after sunset. In addition, dizziness may begin. Another moment on nutrition. Upon check-in, you will be able to use the restaurant only after 15.00. That is, you will need to buy food. This is an average of 100 dirhams per person (burger, cola and fries), such a set is offered on average by a snack bar.
There were 2 unpleasant situations. The first, returning from dinner, found the door wide open. When the "do not disturb" icon is lit. And the next day, the guys who clean the rooms changed the code on the suitcase by closing it. It's good that there is an Internet connection and we were able to open it. Otherwise I would have to go to buy a suitcase. And this is the cost of a taxi of 50 dirhams per person and plus the purchase of a suitcase. Apparently, this is revenge for the tip. By the way, such a "surprise" was made not only to us. I suppose you can do the same with the safe.
The hotel staff is the face of any hotel. The people who work at the hotel form the client's attitude to it no less than the interior or the menu.

You pay for 8 days at the tour operator and upon arrival at the hotel at 9.00 am at the reception they declare 6 days. Where the new arrivals' meals start with dinner. There is food for money, the price is translated into rubles, discourages the desire to gluttony. Departure to the city only by taxi.

Great for families with children. An excellent all inclusive system if you have a family vacation. Lots of staff, clean, good service. The beach is good, the pools too (except for tourists who lay out towels and then sit for half a day in the rooms). The food is delicious and varied, several restaurants to choose from. I liked the room too. I recommend it!

And yes, about the hotel...it is convenient that everything is included, a good varied cuisine. We paid extra for the sea view, the rooms are clean, the hotel itself is new, but there was one big jamb when checking in. We booked through the tour operator Anex, we were met at the airport, drove for a long time, after which we decided that we were going back by taxi) and when we arrived, they did not check us in, explaining that the money from the tour operator did not arrive at their account, and there was no money - there was no housing😃 in general, we waited half a day and finally everything was resolved, fortunately there were snacks and water with lemonades at the reception, and a bottle of whiskey with a duti free😄

Good cuisine, a large selection of restaurants (the best on the 8th floor) of the cons (the hotel seems to have a Thai bias, but, in a Thai restaurant for the entire stay there were no Thai dishes that we used to consider Thai (for example, Tom yam) also in restaurants they do not know how to cook shrimp and squid at all, they digest / overcook to the condition of the sole. The sea is not bad, the entry into the water is pleasant and gentle, both children and adults are normal. We are in this hotel on vacation now. I really like it, I don't want to leave.
The rooms are cleaned every day, towels are changed. Shampoo and shower gel are not disposable, of normal quality. A large body cream and every little thing: cotton swabs and discs, shower caps, etc.
The food is varied. There are three places to eat. Every day they prepare something new. Thai cuisine is incomparable if you like spicy food. The soups are very tasty. A good selection of fruits. My husband enjoyed eating meat salads, seafood salads, fish, beef stroganoff. There are many types of ham and sausage. Pastries, cakes, cupcakes, jellies, pannacots are very tasty. The choice is huge, it is difficult to list. The child also did not limit himself to pasta, porridge and nuggets, tried everything little by little.
My son just had a birthday during the trip. I warned the staff in advance. The waiters sang a song and presented a cake with a candle during breakfast. It was very pleasant and touching. Thank you very much to Yammi for organizing!
The staff is friendly, there is always someone from Russian speakers at the reception. Events are held every day. I enjoyed going to aqua aerobics, coach Nihal is very groovy, delighted with her! Momo also liked the coach, he conducted aqua aerobics with adults and children, organized volleyball and football games. I would especially like to mention the employee on the diving tower. When Cyrinus is on duty, there are always a lot of people who want to jump on the tower. The person is very friendly, friendly, charming, treats every child with warmth and attention. Our son did not leave him.
An ideal place to relax with children. Pools for all ages. Starting from infants and ending with teenagers.
It was a pleasure to go through the obstacle course with my son. Ajith helped me a lot and explained everything clearly, supported me with a kind word when it was scary.
It's a long way from famous attractions, from 40 minutes by taxi, there is no metro nearby. Thanks to Parviz, an employee of Al Khalidian Tourism, who helped to buy tickets profitably.

An average family hotel , the food is boring terribly . The only plus: the proximity to the airport is 15-20 minutes.

important!!!! The hotel's long side (along the road) is located on the runway of the busiest airport in the East.... Every 3 minutes, all planes land or take off right above the heads and balconies (it all depends on the wind). The height is such that you can see scratches on the body. It happens that some of the sides make a right turn during takeoff right over the left wing of the building and from the balcony overlooking the sea you can see everything from behind ;) the noises are appropriate.... In one photo, you can see how one plane is right in front of the window, and on the left behind it, the second one has just left the ground.
important!!!! This hotel is not for a quiet holiday with a couple or with adult children. This is really a kindergarten sanatorium: children cry, women scream....
Now from practice: we bought tickets on the 4th day and left for our homeland. Moreover, the price no longer mattered. We gave our bracelets to a young family who came foolishly for half board - well, at least they will get drinks for free.
If you do decide to do this, then change the dollars (300-500) immediately at the airport (where the rate is more or less normal). For!!!! When you check in, you will be charged a tax and a deposit, and they are taken only in tugriks!!!!, and the course at the hotel is about 15% different from normal. They will take it in dollars, but it will be more expensive by 15%, and the change will be given in tugriks still at the horse rate. Again, you will need tugriks for your first trip to the city by taxi.....

Despite the fact that the hotel is new and rather big, there are many more disadvantages in it than advantages. Below I give a small analysis of the points:
Advantages:
A) Good outdoor heated pools
B) the system of children's entertainment and care for the younger generation
C) the presence of beach soccer and an outdoor cinema
Disadvantages:
A) very poor food for the hotel ****. There is an extremely poor assortment in all restaurants, especially compared to the food at the neighboring Riu Dubai Hotel. I'm sorry, but feeding people in Dubai with cabbage salad, one or two types of meat dishes and a couple of cakes is quite shameful. In Riu Dubai, where I lived for almost a week before Centara, they were fed almost every day and offered a large assortment of seafood, up to lobsters for a holiday in Valentines
B) Vague and deranged restrictions in the "all inclusive" mode. This is just a mockery of the "all inclusive"
In) The level of bartenders and cocktails is below the baseboard. Especially compared to Riu Dubai
D) a substantial deposit upon arrival, which is not warned about. In the presence of this deposit, they were settled in a room with terrible stains of an unclear nature on the furniture. I had to go to the reception and report property damage by other persons
E) Thai staff who unfortunately are not able to work well. These citizens cannot and do not even want to call a taxi from the city
