The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. We arrived at the children's hotel specifically to celebrate the birthday of our daughter of 8 years on 24.01.22. Specifically, so that they would not forget, I went down to the reception on 23.01 in the evening and clarified about the cake from the hotel that they give for their birthday. The Russian-speaking manager girl clarified the number, I said 681. I also asked that the cake be brought by 20:00, since we will not be there all day. The girl promised that everything would be brought to the room before our arrival. Today, on 24.01, we returned at 20:05 and the cake was not in the room. We waited until 22:00 and did not bring it. I then went down to the reception and asked why they ruined such an important day, to which another girl replied that they had no information about the cake for 24.01 in the room!!!
It's a pity that you can't write mats in the reviews, they deserve all the words at once!
The most shameful answer that I have heard. In all children's hotels, and in ordinary adults, when checking in, the dates of birth are visible in the program and 99% always congratulate and give a compliment not only to children but also to adults and this does not even need to be clarified at the reception. I do not recommend this hotel for your children.

Poor location. There is nothing around. Taxis are very expensive. Every 3 min. without a break, we are going to take off planes at night. The service is terrible. Constantly need to be reminded about towels, shampoos and...., there are no closets in the room. The rooms are not cleaned of construction dirt. New Year's celebration for 3 balls. Of the pros, a good beach, lots of sun beds, a swimming pool. The price for the new year is overstated, but not justified. It feels like I was not in Dubai, but somewhere in the poor desert.

From Dubai mall 25 min by taxi there/back by taxi Karim 2000 rubles.
Well, with small children, it is not often necessary to go to the center. The sea is clean, there is only 1 RUI and FSE hotel nearby!!! On the beach, the sea is calm, even during the wind.
