We stayed at the hotel from 12 to 19.09.24. We took everything included. We went with a child of 7 years old. We decided that we would return to this hotel next year with the second child, now he is 1.5 years

I took one star for room service, the lack of Russian speakers at the reception and a little thoughtlessness with sun beds (I had to take places early in the morning because of the big rush in the season), but the hotel itself and the staff are very good, especially with a good knowledge of English!
The rooms are new and clean, just like the hotel, the Thai accent of the hotel is well felt, there is entertainment for all ages for kids, teenagers, and parents, a child can always be left in a magnificent children's club.
The food is varied, for every taste and color, there are also several restaurants.
The beach is clean, like the sea, when you go shallow, but if you swim closer to the buoys, then you will not get sand with your feet there. There were rumors that you could stumble upon a jellyfish, I didn't notice it myself, but I noticed a lot of starfish.
There are also excursions to Dubai itself, very interesting, but if you want to go somewhere without an excursion, you can call a taxi from the reception.

A very large fee at the entrance to the hotel, taking into account the all-inclusive system, we were charged $ 190 per room, when leaving they are given in dirhams at their exchange rate - not very convenient. Not only for the children in the pool, but how many glasses of drinks did you take, tea, coffee, milk, alcohol ... the queues are huge in the restaurant, especially in the evening. In the elevator too. The pools are good, heated in January, we swim, it's comfortable. But the bay, of course, is 20 degrees, we just lie there and tan. The territory of the hotel is very small. There is no animation for children, only water aerobics in the morning. In the evening, like a disco, a magnaphone is put on and songs are included - dance yourself. Everything is delicious in terms of nutrition, but the food is standard, we haven't met any steaks and seafood yet, we rest for 3 days. A 3-year-old child can always find something to feed, there is plenty of non-spicy food: chicken, fish, potatoes, pasta, rice, vegetables and fruits. Yesterday there were even soup with sour cream. There is no desire to return to the hotel anymore

The first disadvantage: when we arrived, there was not a single Russian-speaking person at the reception of three people. There were Asian girls who spoke English with an accent and I didn't understand them the first time.
In another shift, a girl who speaks Russian appeared.
The second disadvantage: when we chose this hotel, it was important for us to have water slides not only for children, but also for adults. There were slides in the photos.
In fact, there are slides too, but the pool at the bottom of the slides is so shallow that my 12-year-old daughter, rolling down the slide, hit the bottom of the pool with her lower back.

He told me where you can have lunch, have a delicious breakfast, and so on. The next morning we woke up and went to his Aqua Aerobics there was a full pool. We really liked to see what a Professional does, All adults and children were delighted. Then we went to the beach for a swim.In the evening there was a children's disco, the girls were very active.Even my husband and I danced a little.The next morning we had an excursion to Ramka, Dubai. The weather, of course, was unbearable and the little daughter became ill.We called and wrote to our travel agent, but he did not answer.Since we don't know the numbers of the help desk and the English language.We wrote to everyone who could help.Artem answered us despite the fact that he had a day off that day. He arrived quickly. And took us to the Dubai Hospital not far from our hotel. He was like our translator. The doctors gave the pills and said it was because of the intense heat. The next day we went to a kindergarten called comp safari. There was a very wonderful girl named Malikhan who always played with our children and understood a little Russian.On the penultimate day we went to the spa. My husband and I did a massage while our kids were getting baby pedicures and baby massages.of course, the pleasure is not cheap, but once in a lifetime You can try it, as real professionals from Thailand did. The next day we were checked out at 14:00. We were very satisfied. Artem took us to the bus and we said goodbye. We are currently staying at the Sentara mirage Dubai hotel check-in from 02/19/2024 the water was turned off for the second time, from 17 h to present. the time is 23 hours, there is not even cold water, there is a queue for the toilet in the hotel!!! The hotel is new - everything is clean (the entire territory is washed from 5 am), there are flavors everywhere (reception, elevators, floors) - the smell is pleasant. Several restaurants with a variety of menus. Almost all heated pools (open until 20.00). The beach is sandy, the entrance to the water is gentle. The hotel is focused on holidays with children. If you want to be quiet - there are 2 pools for adults only. There are a lot of lifeguards and they really look after the children. Take sea view rooms, otherwise you will be looking at a huge shopping center under construction. Of the minuses, the hotel is located on a new bulk island, respectively, there is no infrastructure nearby yet, and I would also like to add evening animation.
