Someone may not like the location of the hotel, and the entire island on the take-off and landing line of Dubai airport. Planes fly by every couple of minutes, half of them are A380s. For me, it's a normal sight, not particularly noisy. With the windows closed, they do not interfere with sleeping. The view from the window - who wants-sees the construction site, who wants -sees the Burj Khalifa. I'm from the second category. Especially a great view of the city in the evening from the restaurant on the 8th floor. About restaurants- unfortunately, there are no a la carte restaurants like in Turkey. This is a minus . Dubai 4* is not Turkey 5*

* There is a main restaurant (on the ground floor), divided into 2 zones: 1. Thai cuisine (very specific); 2. European cuisine (for example 08.05.23: for lunch - soup, 4 trays with hot (potatoes, fish, vegetables, meatballs), the rest vegetables, sweet.

The hotel has deteriorated very much, how can this be conveyed to the Administration? It's not the first time we've been here, I strongly feel discrimination. There's a big queue at the restaurant! I took the table, brought soup, went for salad at dinner, everything was cleaned and strangers were put at the table. I went to deal with a restaurant employee at the reception and nobody cares about anything. This is the first time I have met such a service. I pay half a million for my family and it's like I didn't come on vacation, but I can't go to the country!!! You can't drink sprite near the pool!!! The spouse is not allowed to enter the pool for health reasons, several employees found fault that you can not drink near the pool. According to the all-inclusive system, someone can have cola and fanta in a jar (they also had a purple bracelet), and someone is poured from a plastic bottle. It is not clear why they ask for the room number and record everything if the system is all on? Definitely will not return to this hotel, it does not work to rest, but only prohibitions!!! The insult at the dinner was a very incomprehensible situation, we never heard an apology from anyone, is that the way they do it? Towels are very much controlled, it's just a problem, I wanted to take them to the room so that in the morning at 6 o'clock to go out for a swim, they were not allowed, on the contrary, the exit is closed with a chain until 8 o'clock. The only plus is the sea, in which even in February you can swim!!!

The sea is 200 meters away. But this is rather not the sea, but an estuary: there are no waves, the water is stagnant. There are tides and ebbs. There is a suspension in the water. The water is very warm, it's uncomfortable to swim. There are no changing rooms, toilets, showers, bars on the beach.

The bottom is gently sloping sandy.
Sand on the beach with seashell, it pricks if you go barefoot.
The pool is small, the water in it is cool, there are no places on the sun beds. To change clothes, you have to go to the toilet.
The rooms are new, spacious, well equipped (safe, hairdryer, iron), but hot water is supplied according to an incomprehensible schedule. She's not here at night. Sometimes boiling water comes from the tap and it is impossible to adjust its temperature.

Yoghurts! Usually I don't eat them, as they are not particularly tasty, here is straight mmm! Sausages, it seems to me both chicken and beef were and at the same time they are not paper?! I really liked it!
Bacon!
Chicken, and in sweet and sour sauce, fillet in the children's menu, just fried - perfect! Desserts! Everything is delicious! They don't stick to the sky)) baking! Potatoes are all different, pasta! in general, the food is 100 points! Very tasty! No heartburn or other delights! Coffee! Very tasty coffee! (We haven't tried alcohol, we don't drink it).
It is positioned as Thai (sort of), but there are 10 percent of spicy dishes here. To the rest, there are just sauces nearby, which you can make yourself sharper.
The staff is very helpful! He does not speak Russian, but when it is necessary, they understand, and when they do not understand, they easily use and contact through a translator on the phone (even on their own, even on yours).
One knowledgeable person said that they have a lot of Russian-speaking staff, but they purposefully do not speak and do not understand so that tourists ask fewer questions 😁

This is the "remoteness" of the hotel from the center.
For example, to the Dubai Mall (yes, if you go there not even for shopping, but there is something to see there for free) - 18 km is about 30 minutes away and 1200-1500 thousand rubles for a one-way taxi! We are 4 people (family), maybe if you have 4 friends, then you will chip in. But for us to get there back, it's 3 thousand rubles from the family.
The same green park (something like a zoo, the cost is 7500 for us for tickets) and also from the hotel 1500 thousand rubles for a taxi in one direction.
In general, it is expensive. In one day, in the heat, you can visit one thing. And tomorrow again to pay for a taxi.
Since the island is new, the metro, trams and buses, urban, do not run there.

From the airport to the hotel 15 km. This is a plus. Planes are flying over the hotel, low - I didn't see a minus here. Everyone slept like the dead from the first night! The windows are closed, the air conditioners work silently, the planes seem to be audible, but they absolutely do not interfere either during the day (when you are at sea) or at night.
This is our first time in a hotel where not all people are on All Inclusive. There is someone at breakfast, there is someone at breakfast-dinners. Probably you just need to get used to it, but for the first time it's wildly not convenient. And in 9 days - it was only more annoying 🤣😂 the feeling of addiction did not come.
We are constantly being recorded, every time at the entrance to the Swedish stand, they constantly ask how many people we are and the room number.
Then, when we took the food and sat down, the waiters came to bring tea \ coffee\ juices \ alcohol and again asked for the room number.
Yes, it's not difficult when you know English.

Water. A separate topic. In Turkey last year, water was given out in batches.
Here, not only do you need to call the room number again, so for example, after dinner, take a bottle of water (where the buffet is) it won't work. They just don't give it. Only on the table, only when they sat down.
They sat down, began to order drinks and immediately asked for water. They'll bring it.
We sometimes forgot, and after leaving, when we got up from the table, we could not get water in the restaurant.
But, you can go to the Pool and take it there at the bar, but also by room number 🤣
In short, apparently we need to get used to it, since there probably many hotels offer food not only "all inclusive", and we are going to Dubai more than once.
There is enough water in the rooms, 6 bottles of 0.5 for 4, but it sometimes ends.
The hotel seems to me to be for children. If I didn't have children, I wouldn't have come here, there are children all around, pools and the sea are teeming with them, who is crying who is laughing - in general, the movement is in full swing!

About August, the temperature was 40-43. I will say this, in the mode: in the morning the sea (from 7 am to 9:30), in the evening (from 16:00 to 18) the sea is quite good!
Some were fried right in the afternoon on sun beds, right under the sun, who needs what, as they say.
Water in the sea. On arrival, August 20-23 was hot. Just hot. Then the tide turned, a breeze came, apparently the water changed and until the 27th I swam in goosebumps 🤣 (well, that's me), it was comfortable! The water is comfortable, you come out with a breeze, it was immediately cool for me!
The water in the pools is cool! (Cold for me). I don't like this, especially when the body is hot, it seems icy to me 🤣 I was in the pool once 🤣😅 but there are so many children there - it's immediately clear that everything is normal with water there 😁
I regretted that I didn't buy hydro-bikes for our children on our vacation! (There are a lot of children in them)
We swam in the sea in T-shirts, as the first days were burnt! But they don't let you go to the pools in a T-shirt! It would seem that splashing in the cool water during the day is quite possible! But my shoulders are burning! Therefore, they mostly hid in the room during the day.
Deposit and tourist tax.
We were charged only the tour tax, for 7 nights, about 2500 thousand rubles (in dollars).
We were in the restaurant uno mac, by appointment, through the code, very clear, very tasty! This is where the Argentinean grill is cooked. The meat is divine, the soup with sea products is amazing!
The restaurant is located in the same place as the buffet, right behind the counter where the bread is. We didn't find him right away 😄
In the second restaurant, which is on the 8th floor, it was not possible to sign up, for some reason, according to the code, everyone was busy for the next few days.
The rooms are cleaned cleanly, slippers were not useful, no sand was noticed on the floor in the room. But the wrapper under the children's bed was lying all 9 days. But it's absolutely not scary!)))
The hotel has a waiting room, check-out from rooms at 12 o'clock, check-in at 15.
We were settled immediately upon arrival, given the keys. But the bracelets were separated at exactly 15:00.
Evicted at 12, you can expect a transfer in the waiting room, there is a coffee machine, tea, Sweets for tea, shower, towels, toilet, sofas, TV, what I saw)
Check-out ends with breakfast, at breakfast you can take everything you want "with you" and ask the girls who record you at the entrance to pack. They will put your food in boxes.
In addition to our pancakes, we were also given a portion of nutella (it's so cute), and a bottle of water each.
Therefore, if it's a long time to the plane, ask for a lunch box. They will take away your plates, and they will take everything out to you already in sealed trays, and everything will be made up in a package)
The entrance to the sea is gentle, the sand is pleasant (although it is small broken shells).
