It's a pretty dreary place, clearly not up to the central park of the capital. In recent years, of course, the park has been taken care of much better than it was 15 years ago, but still the park obviously lacks some good plan from a good and strong team specializing in landscape design to turn this tasteless place into something really beautiful and worthy of the level of the central park of the country's capital.
