A great modern hotel in a modern European neighborhood. Panoramic views of the city and nature, a delicious restaurant on the 36th floor, its own SPA with a hammam and sauna, as well as a large swimming pool under a glass roof. The staff is very polite and friendly and helpful. We were celebrating our wedding day, they complimented us in the room, it was very nice! ☺️ Big comfortable beds, crisp linens, awesome bathtub with panoramic views.

There may be a lot of text. We came several times, the Pullman hit the very heart. There is no Russophobia, all the staff is responsive, even if they do not understand, they try to help, find someone who will understand. Very nice lobby, nice rooms, VERY good breakfasts, everything is delicious and varied. Amazing view! A good restaurant, where it is also delicious. A large gym. All rooms are stylish, starting from the basic and ending with the suite. Coffee machine, tea, water - everything is there. but! Be prepared that if you are in the most standard room, cleaning will be very late, and it may not be at all. If you are in a suite or junior suite, then they will definitely look in and everything will be in the best possible way. There was a case when a glass was broken near the elevator, well, it lay there from evening to morning, it was only removed from the center. A tray with used dishes lay on the floor for the same amount of time. But even these disadvantages do not allow me to remove the star. There is an exchange office nearby, but the course can be found better, there is also a park, restaurants, coffee shops, Spars, pharmacies and much more.

The hotel is very beautiful and stylish. The staff is professional. But there are a few nuances that I didn't understand, why the door to the toilet is transparent and almost everything is visible, why that door opens as inconveniently as possible inside and going inside is another quest) and I didn't like that there was a cold floor in both the bathroom and the toilet. Despite these disadvantages, I was satisfied with everything. The breakfast is great, especially the view from the panoramic restaurant. I would come back again, definitely yes.

It looks very cheap for a 5* hotel. Especially when people come in for breakfast at 10:55 a.m. and try to get a plate of food while everything is being cleaned up.

I recommend. Great location. The staff solves any of your questions. Communication in Russian is no problem. The rooms are super. Italian cosmetics. There was a room on the 32nd floor. Class. The room's equipment is thought out to the smallest detail. There is everything. If you suddenly need something, call the reception and it will be delivered in 5 minutes. French cuisine restaurant on the 36th floor. We booked a table and asked for service in Russian. No problem. Delicious. There were some complaints about the quality of the products, for example, the salmon salad and some of the fish slices were excessively salty. The salad was replaced and the incident was over. Otherwise, everything is great! And of course the amazing Sky bar! Booked with breakfast. The breakfast is good, but still if the Red fish was salmon and not cheap pink salmon. It would be perfect.

A beautiful, fashionable new hotel. We stayed in October 2022. Good rooms, excellent bed linen, comfortable furniture. A kettle and coffee maker are available in the room, tea and coffee are available. Responsive staff. Great view from the room and especially from the restaurant. The breakfasts are awesome, a huge selection of desserts. An elegant spa area, two saunas (phyto- and Finnish), a large swimming pool. Inconvenient points: parking is located under the shopping center, it is not so easy to find it. I asked the employee about the cost, and he replied that GEL 20 per hour, multiplied by 24 in two days. In fact, it turned out that there are 30 GEL per day (I cannot guarantee the accuracy of the figures). Upon check-in, there was a smell of construction dust in the room. The air conditioner did not turn off in any way, it was cold in the room. I invited the staff, and after 5 minutes they said that everything was fine. It didn't get any warmer, I went to the reception, asked to look at it again. They came, washed the filter (after that the smell of dust disappeared), it became warm. If it were not for these two points, the rest would be 5 stars.

Our paid room was occupied upon arrival. Instead of solving the problem, they stonily told us to "Wait" and stopped noticing. No one wanted to solve anything, no one cared about our problems. Nobody. But the climax was a fight between the guests at the festive event. While people were shouting and pushing, the hotel staff pointedly turned away and pretended to be busy with something else. No help, no safety, just a complete disregard. This place is for those who want to feel like an empty place. Never and for nothing.

I want to support the previous reviews — this is not an accident, but a system. The staff here works as if they are doing the whole universe a favor by just coming to work. Not the slightest willingness to help. We arrived at night, and our room, which we booked and paid for six months ago, turned out to be occupied. At the reception, they looked at us with empty eyes and monotonously repeated: "There are no people available. Wait for morning." And everything. No options, no apologies, not even a chair to offer. Completely ignored. It seemed like it couldn't get any worse, but I was wrong. A brawl broke out between the adult guests on the animated show. Instead of stopping it instantly, the guards and organizers stood stupidly and watched the chairs fly. We saw everything, but we didn't do ANYTHING. No one came up, reassured, or apologized. Absolute indifference and dangerous situation. Money is wasted, a ruined vacation, and the feeling that no one needs you. I advise no one to expose themselves to such risk and humiliation.

I don't really understand the rave reviews about the hotel. My husband and I stayed at the hotel for 1 night, - I don't know what's going on with Russophobia, they talked to us normally. - the room is so uncomfortable... there is simply nowhere to hang towels in the bathroom, a TRANSPARENT GLASS door to the toilet, through which you can see a person in the shower at the entrance, on the bed, well, literally everywhere, it does not darken!! (I am not the first to write about this in the reviews, the hotel responds that it is visible in the photo, I specially reviewed the photos on the booking, no, it is not visible) - Breakfast is very mediocre, mold on tomatoes, empty sliced plates, coffee from an automatic coffee machine. - There are no toothbrushes in the rooms, etc., the water kettle is dirty. - If you do not want a view of the construction site for a lot of money, but want a view of the city, then refuse rooms from 1-3 on any floor. - The rooms are somehow incomprehensibly closed, either it is necessary to clap, or press, I walked along the corridor almost all the doors are ajar, apparently the guests did not close them qualitatively. Definitely not 5 stars and as if not 4…
