I bought a Makey brand women's bag in Minsk made of velour, mocha color. Cute, stable, keeps its shape... but it's a bit heavy, and there's only one compartment... and an external key pocket would be nice

I recently bought a purse as a gift from the Makey store. I immediately came across a number of unexpected points: the price on marketplaces and in the official store differs twice, not in favor of marketplaces! Then why we should be stationed there is absolutely incomprehensible to me. The website itself only indicates the availability of the product in stock, but does not specify which one. Having chosen pickup from Momo, representatives of the store wrote to me on Viber, apologized, said that this model of purse remained only in the warehouse in Mogilev and we need to wait a few days until it arrives. They offered to deliver it by courier to my address in Minsk for free, there are no questions, everything was done correctly and decently. On the appointed day, a courier from the post office arrived and asked if I would pay with a card, since he did not have cash change, although the "cash payment" item was clearly selected before delivery. We paid off somehow, and I took the goods. It is packed well, there are no questions about the packaging. However, the surprises did not end there: despite the specified color in the order "fuchsia" (almost pink), the product came in the color "eggplant" (dark purple). And then my patience ran out. On their website, both purple and pink are called "fuchsia" in the same way. But on marketplaces, they are called differently: "fuchsia" for pink and "eggplant" for purple. A girl from the store's support on Viber, sending a photo of a pink purse, but a purple one arrived. When I pointed out this fact, it took me a long time to prove that purple is fuchsia and everything is fine with my order. To my reasonable objection, I was offered to send the form to the post office for a refund, as if I had time to wait for them to sort everything out and refund my money. No promo codes or apologies for the mistake were submitted to my address. How to understand this and how to react to it? Awful. Finally, change the names for the colors so as not to confuse the customers (there are several angry comments on the same WB with the same problem), vainly proving to them that purple is pink! The service is excellent, I hope that I won't have to order anything else from you.
