The hotel is nice, beautiful interiors in the rooms. But there are few free tables at breakfast, sometimes you have to wait for a seat. But the breakfasts are delicious! Good cleaning, cleaning 2 times a day, very attentive maids and polite staff. Also loved the Mi Amie cafe, delicious and atmospheric!

My stay at Jumeirah Emirates Towers was extremely disappointing, and I feel compelled to share my experience. Upon checking out of the hotel, I was assured that my deposit of 1,000 AED, paid on March 28, 2024, would be refunded to my card. However, it has now been over eight months, and I have yet to receive the refund. I have made multiple attempts to contact the hotel, providing all necessary details and documents, but the issue remains unresolved. Such treatment is completely unacceptable for a hotel that claims to offer high standards of service. The endless delays and lack of clear communication reflect poorly on the hotel’s management. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone who values their time, money, or peace of mind.

It's a good hotel, but everything is a little outdated, from repairs to furniture, the service, like in most other hotels, is no different for this level, the pool is in a part enclosed by a large fence, which was a little uncomfortable for me, the breakfasts are pleasant, varied throughout the week, very convenient location, the metro station and the museum of the future are two There is also a peacock nursery nearby. They give you a flyer on the beach and you take a taxi yourself to a Palm Tree, to another hotel, there you show the flyer and they let you go to the beach, that's it.

The location of the hotel is just great: you can go to the Museum of the Future through a special passage without leaving the building, to Burj Khalifa 15 minutes by taxi. The hotel also borders the office center, where you can have a snack at Starbox if you do not want to visit the hotel restaurant. We had a suite with panoramic windows on the upper floors of the tower, the view of the city is great! The bathroom also has a window with a gorgeous panorama, a cool place for a photo shoot! However, in the bathroom, I was quite scared by the window cleaners, who appeared out of nowhere in their trolley on cables, drove through the bathroom window and flew higher. They say they can't see anything because the windows are tinted. But it's still kind of uncomfortable when you're not dressed and you see strange men so close, looking, like, right at you. The impressions are unforgettable)

My love is endless! I've stayed in Dubai a lot, but I always regretted that I didn't choose Jumeirah. I love it with all my heart. For both business and leisure trips. Previously, there was a free shuttle, and you could visit any hotel chain with a beach. It is very convenient for those who have a couple of days to sunbathe if they have chosen a hotel for a business trip. And also, a separate, so to speak, recommendation is to hold meetings in the lobby of the hotel. Oh, how many business people, sheikhs and princes can you meet, girls, take note 😉
