We are currently staying at this hotel. First of all, I would like to mention the staff. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. We were late unknowingly for breakfast on the 1st day, so they called us and reminded us! The administrator is especially good. He meets everyone, tells them everything. I put him in a more comfortable room, because we came as a family with a child. Moreover, we did not ask for it and did not pay anything extra! 1. The food is very tasty! A buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner are available on request. The portions are large. Everything is there: fish, chicken, beef, shrimp. For dessert, ice cream, fruit. 2. The hotel is urban, there is no private beach, but this is not a problem. Every morning, a shuttle service takes you to Al Heera Beach and arrives at 13:00. The beach is cool, with a wide coastline and a wonderful warm sea. Rescuers are constantly on duty. The only thing is, there are no umbrellas and sun beds on the beach. But this is not a problem for us, we have practically not cut out of the sea. 3. Room cleaning is daily. There's no problem with that. Many thanks to the staff of the warm-hearted attitude hotel for a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful rest! I liked everything! Great food, sandy beach, service and friendly staff! I was very lucky with the number (!! 5311).. With a small kitchen with a refrigerator, an electric kettle - the opportunity to drink tea.. Do not forget to take an adapter for their sockets and a tee. I took a jug with a filter and did not lose! Very helpful! The administrator (Supervisor) is given a separate respect! The vacation was a great success!;

Nice hotel. Helpful staff. Not bad breakfasts. Cleaning service daily, change of towels every day. The pool is not big on the roof, but at least for the sake of the views to go up there. Adapters for sockets at the reception. Towels in the pool are free if you take them to the beach, 5 dirhams. The beach is 20-30 minutes walk away. There is a shuttle service, but it was not used. There is a transfer to the mall, but near lilu, and for branded clothes it is better to go to Dubai, to the outlet/the stock near the Stadium. Next to the rain room. There are many good cafes and a 24-hour shop right outside the hotel.

The hotel is good compared to the surrounding city hotels, excellent (both the minimoor sidewalk and the road are present), you need to ask for a non-smoking room. There is a park in front of the hotel, which is currently being renovated (as of January 2025). There are many cafes and inexpensive local restaurants nearby. There is an exchange, the most profitable AL Ansari Exchange nearby, go towards LuLu (towards the underpass). It takes 25-35 minutes to get to the bus station on foot or by bus for 8AED for one, you won't get much, then you'll have to pay 12 AED for one for the bus to Dubai. If you choose the right bus route, you can go directly to the DAY TO DAY store (Jambo Sony stop) and buy Dubai chocolate there, not fix, but also delicious. There are a lot of locals in the hotel itself, they come with their own furniture and if they go to the sauna, they close there, believing that it is their own!!!!! The breakfasts are 25AED per person. The food is delicious, with the exception of kurasans and buns, they were fresh once, then they became stale and stale, but they continued to be put on all subsequent breakfasts for 10 days. There are a lot of local dishes for breakfast, but there are also European dishes. When we arrived late at 10, we ordered food from the hotel restaurant - a complex of lula, grilled chicken, tortillas, hummus (they give it everywhere) - it was very tasty, we ate for two more days 85AED, paid in cash. The beach in Sharjah is a 25-30 minute walk away. After the renovation, it was clean, sparsely populated, toilets, a locker room. There is a pier embankment not far from the hotel. There are a lot of mosques around, the first night we jumped up from a very loud prayer at 4.45, then we got used to it. They don't give out beach towels at the hotel, and I'm writing about this because some of them do.

Cool city hotel, friendly staff, daily room cleaning, TV in the room, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, safe, kettle. The restaurant offers a buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner on request. The food is delicious, the portions are large. The department also has a swimming pool, gym, sauna. The city beach is within walking distance, and there is a beautiful promenade across the street from the hotel.

Excellent hotel, excellent rich breakfasts. Kind and attentive staff. They don't speak Russian very well yet, but they understand everything and strive to understand and help in any situation. I will definitely go there again. The linen was changed every day. Cleaning every day. Shampoo, soap, toothbrushes, tea, coffee, sugar cream and three bottles of 0.5 water were added every day. The hotel has three elevators. Great pool. We are especially grateful to the man at the pool. Always gives clean towels and prepares the steam room and hammam.

You have to turn on the air conditioner all the time, which is also not very good. And so the hotel is 4.8 out of 5, I would say. But I put 5 out of good service) I didn't like the location a bit. He has his own beach, umbrellas, and deck chairs. You don't have to go to the beach in the morning. Pass in silence. There are only Russians there. Alcohol is possible, but without protruding on display. After 18 boredom. That's why we were going to chat and drink near our hotel. There's nothing to buy. Price tags are more expensive than in Russia. Don't waste money. For 6 nights, 3,500 were spent on food, taxi, ice cream. Booze with you, if not enough, then 10km by taxi in the neighboring state, everything is there. 800 rubles taxi round trip. With UV.

Great hotel.....excellent staff.A wonderful buffet.There is a beach nearby, but it is not very equipped yet.Therefore, we waited for a transfer every 9 a.m. and went to a more refined beach.Shops are all nearby, 2 grocery stores.Currency exchange is also nearby, we did not go to the playground....it's still for the locals.
