It is a wonderful place for both locals and tourists to visit. We had a chance to tour the museum with a fantastic guide - Lusine - and learned a lot about the hard life and creative force of Sargis “Sergei” Parajanov ❤️

It is unique place not only in Armenia but in the whole area. Parajanov was a genius and so his art. But the staff... OMG, with 0 abilities to organize things, manage all the agreements, the guide was really rude, it wasn't a tour about Parajanov it was tour about herself:how incredible she is, how unique and deep and so on. She was insulting, impolite and rude, I would highly recommend not take a tour with the guide and go there just simply to enjoy everything by yourself. Do not have this bad experience, it's not worth to challenge.

Audio guide is not aligned with exhibition. Hard to figure out how to match the text with displayed. I suggest adding numbers to the items.

The scariest thing is to miss out on the beautiful!Visiting the Sergei Parajanov Museum turned out to be an unforgettable experience. The exposition impresses with its originality and strangeness. The master's works are a combination of different cultures, traditions and techniques, creating a unique visual experience. The interior of the museum is thought out to the smallest detail, every detail emphasizes the creative vision of the artist. The atmosphere of mystery and inspiration is felt literally everywhere. Special attention is drawn to the collection of collages, sculptures and costumes created by Parajanov himself. Each exhibit tells its own story, evoking emotions and reflections. Walking through the halls, you immerse yourself in a world of fantasies and symbols, where reality is intertwined with imagination. I would also like to note that the Parajanov Museum is not just a collection of objects, it is a journey into the world of unique talent and creative freedom. It is a place that inspires and makes us think about the nature of art and its role in our lives. I recommend visiting this museum to anyone who appreciates art and is looking for new experiences.

The Museum of the Armenian "Salvador Dali". Place. a must-visit in Yerevan. An excellent, impressive exposition of objects, paintings and a lot of memorable things. It is advisable to take a guide, because there is a lot of information and you cannot understand Parajanov's multifaceted work yourself.

It's an incredible place. An absolutely living house. So much beauty created by the hands of the Maestro. The view of Ararat, the tree inside the courtyard, the costumes, the table brought from Tbilisi, the dishes, the painted plates, and the mosaic - everything literally breathes, soars! And it creates a million associations. The guide's subtle story fascinated, charmed and made us, who already loved the director, completely in love with him. I wanted to review his films and decorate my home.

For those who love movies, art and everything that does not fit into the "normality" Parajanov was called the Armenian Dali. We spent almost 2 hours there, there was an amazing guide and the time flew by with her. And when we came out of the museum house, we saw Ararat in all its glory. Must visit!

It took a long time to get there, but thanks to friendly passers-by, we found the way, and the arrow signs on the walls of the houses helped. I knew Parajanov's work as a unique director, and after visiting the museum, I realized what a talented man he was, with an amazing view of the world, who could see something particularly interesting in everyday things. An amazing sense of humor, golden hands and imagination turn any junk into a work of art!

Any creative person! To Paradzhanov without delay. A wonderful exposition. I took my soul away, as I met my friend in the middle of the desert... unlike other museums, it is open on Monday.

Quite an interesting museum dedicated to an interesting personality. For me personally, Parajanov opened up from a different side than I had previously imagined. Some of the museum's exhibits, made by Parajanov's hands, amaze the imagination and make you think. Be sure to take an audio guide. There is a small shop at the museum.

A very unusual, authentic place. You can just forget about the outside world for a day. From the posters to the courtyard, everything speaks to the creative character of Sergei Paradzhanov, who, unfortunately, did not have time to live and work in the house that became a museum.

It's an amazing place, Don't expect traditional paintings or photographs — Parajanov was too talented to do the usual. Admission is 1,500 drams. You can take pictures. It is advisable to prepare emotionally) And the view from the parking lot next to Ararat would not suffocate...

An excellent museum dedicated to the artist. They usually advise you to get acquainted with your work and then go to the museum, but I would not recommend visiting the museum first, getting inspired, and then watching his films. The museum is small, but comprehensive and very cozy. For advanced users, I recommend an independent visit, for people who are not strongly connected with the world of art, there are super guided tours, both in Russian and in English. They tell interesting stories. The museum also offers a magnificent view of Ararat!

My rating is 100⭐️ out of 5 This is the best place in Yerevan for aesthetic pleasure, for art lovers, and there is a gorgeous observation deck near the museum. Endless gratitude to the talent of the master and the creators ❤ Even if you don't know who Parajanov is, come, you will be amazed by the talent and versatility of this great man, you will see amazing art objects, paintings, hats, dolls and much more, avant-garde, history, life

One of the biggest impressions of Yerevan is the Parajanov Museum. We were very lucky with the guide, it was an hour of talking about art, about life, about the difficulty of being a genius. I definitely recommend a guided tour, we managed to book a day-to-day. I didn't know much about Parajanov before the museum, and his amazing world literally captured me - there are so many meanings and metaphors in his works. On the one hand, you return to childhood and spontaneity, and on the other, to the extraordinary depth of perception and experience of the world. After that, I watched a few of his films and read a book I bought at the museum. And by the way, they sell wonderful jewelry in the museum store.

This is one of the most wonderful museums in Yerevan that you should definitely visit. And it is very important to take a tour, because the museum employs the most caring, engaging, erudite and empathetic people! We took a guided tour with the beautiful Lucine. And even those who are not familiar with the work of Parajanov will definitely get carried away by this brilliant man. A must-visit, you won't regret it!

If you are in Yerevan, be sure to visit this house museum. It's about Personality, about Talent, and about the Freedom of a Talented Individual. I strongly recommend using the services of a tour guide - both times that we were there, the tour was conducted by people (this time a young man named Stepan) with knowledge and love for their work.

It just needs to be seen. It just needs to be visited in person. The exposition is gorgeous. There are guided tours, but it will also be very interesting and fascinating to walk around and admire Parajanov's installations. He really was a genius. This man was very good at working with thought, with a concept, with a change of worldview vectors.

A unique place! I want to warn you right away - not for everyone. Energy is transferred through work ! Paradjanov is our Dali, and maybe more, because his fate was much more complicated and his talent was more multifaceted. A little advice - do not take an audio guide, but a tour guide.

Favorite museum in Yerevan. I think that everyone who is interested in art is obliged to visit it. Sergei Paradzhanov's thinking is even ahead of its time today. The museum is in excellent condition with a convenient location. Visiting is a pleasure. I've been here 4 times and I'll be back.

An absolutely magical place. The place of my power from this day on. I strongly advise everyone to buy the book "And who was Parajanov". Get incredible pleasure. It's better to take a guided tour, but the audio guide is also amazing. Immediately after the museum, I went to the pantheon to present the maestro with flowers. And read a book about him.
