We ate in this cafe several times because we lived in the Premier Hotel. The cuisine is delicious, but not cheap, with 10 percent on top for the service. The service is excellent

Comfortably. The staff is attentive and polite. Even if he doesn't quite understand Russian, he still tries to figure out what we want with sign language and in English. There are very spicy dishes, but I really liked the way the fish and beef were cooked.
