Probably the best value for money

We went in August 2024. The hotel is great, the rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. There is a large swimming pool on the roof, there are sofas, shizlong chairs and umbrellas. Towels and water are provided. In the morning there was a buffet for breakfast, for lunch and dinner there was a separate menu, but meager. There is no transfer to the sea, but it is not a problem to get there by metro, bus or taxi. The center is not far away, you can also take the metro. All the main attractions of Dubai are not far away, the Dubai Mall is 7-10 minutes away by taxi. The only thing I didn't like was around the construction site, and there was nowhere to go, but this is temporary, since the area is new and being built up. In general, we liked everything, the staff is very friendly and attentive. Dollars can be exchanged directly at the hotel, but only from $100. I recommend this hotel, you will not regret coming. But keep in mind right away that the country itself is not cheap and you have to count on it. Have a good rest, and prosperity to the staff and the hotel.

The hotel is on solid 4. A lot of staff, all friendly. There are no Russian-speaking staff, but they are explained with the help of an interpreter.
The room is cozy, quiet with air conditioning. The windows overlook the metro station Al Jadar nearby. The nearest shopping center is Festival City, it is very beautiful and sparsely populated, it can be reached via 1 metro station and a ferry. Near the hotel there is a supermarket, clinic, pharmacy, Fast food. The rooftop pool is wonderful, warm in the evening. The view is beautiful. The pool may not work for some reason in the morning. There is a gym next to the pool.
There is no transfer to the beach.
No insects have been noticed, there are no extraneous noises.
Meals - breakfast: buffet: pastries, fruits, eggs, omelette, sliced, freshly squeezed juice, light side dish. Lunch and dinner are monotonous: caesar salad, burgers + French fries, pasta, sandwiches, ice cream and juices.
In general, we were satisfied with the hotel.

Nice hotel, new, beautiful.
Responsive staff.
Very close to the metro.
I advise you to take breakfast, because dinner is a PPC.
Every day you can choose from several burgers, Turkish sandwiches, or pasta (only pasta without meat).
Caesar, by the way, is also without.
The bed is comfortable, and the blackout curtains are just super.

Great hotel. Nearby is a convenient metro station "Al Jadaf". There is a bus to the Dubai Mall and the beach every morning at 10 o'clock. The cleanliness of the hotel is perfect, excellent breakfasts. Eggs, croissants, rolls, vegetables, cheeses, coffee, juices. Nice pool. The staff is just great. There is a Russian-speaking guy Rufat at the reception. Everything will tell you, you can weigh your luggage before departure, conveniently. . We recommend it.

They were in January 2024. It's easier to go through the cons right away: The windows don't open. we had HB meals, a buffet breakfast, and lunch or dinner brought a menu. ~out of 15 positions, 4 paragraphs (first / second / dessert drink) are a little tired in 9 days, but everything is delicious. There is one very forgetful waiter. It looked ridiculous, but we didn't find fault. All the staff is friendly, the hotel is clean. The most important disadvantage for me as a woman : disgusting lighting (above the nose) at the mirror in front of the shower. She painted herself at the window in her small mirror. Bathrobes, slippers, iron, will be brought on request. They don't beg for tips. The basik on the roof is a 1m35 fire, there is no crowd. You only see people at breakfast. Very close to the metro station, near a pharmacy and a couple of supermarkets, there are eateries where you can eat inexpensively. The nearest Mall is the Mall Festival. You need to take the subway to the terminal (creek) 1 station and take the ferry straight to the mall. The prices there are cheaper than in the Dubai Mall.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, delicious breakfasts and dinners. There is a subway nearby. The Marina is 1 hour away. On the downside, there is construction going on around, but we only slept at the hotel, had breakfast and left, returned late, so the construction did not bother. There are also no sockets in the rooms next to the mirror🤷♀️

The most beautiful hotel! Everything is done simply, but with taste. Everything is clean, stylish and minimalistic. A separate place in my heart is occupied by breakfasts, they are simple, but so delicious, especially hash browns, croissants and orange juice 😍😍😍

Don't choose numbers based on photos. The photos were taken with a wide-angle camera. The most inexpensive rooms are very small. The toilet and shower are literally in the room, there are also hangers, instead of a closet. Choose a more expensive room, it's decent. The rooftop pool is also good. Delicious breakfasts, a varied buffet.

I've never written a review, but I couldn't resist it. Just great. The room has a refrigerator, a kettle, a safe and an unrealistically cool bed. Every day they put tea, coffee, water and do room cleaning. Bathrobes and slippers are provided on request. A Russian-speaking diplomat works at the reception, who will prompt and help. Very friendly staff. The pool is heated in winter, cooled in summer. There was enough food for everything. Everything is clean and tidy in the hotel!the metro is 2 minutes away. The hotel is new on (December 2019), the rooms are very beautifully decorated, always clean. Friendly staff and very responsive, there are even Russian-speakers. They helped in a difficult situation when the taxi driver's cash register broke down, and as it turned out, he did not accept cards on arrival, and there was no cash with him... I just turned to them for help and they helped. Of the minuses, the hotel area is only getting upset so that at the end of December 2019, construction sites are nearby, they start early in the morning, but they do it quietly)). From the pros: there is a free shuttle bus that can deliver to: Dubai Marina, Da Mer Beach, and a number of other places, I don't remember all of them.

A new hotel. Near the metro. It is very comfortable. Otherwise, there is no infrastructure yet, there is a construction site all around. The breakfasts are decent, cooked delicious, the choice is varied. Room cleaning is of high quality. An interesting design solution in the design of rooms in the style of minimalism.

The hotel does not pull four stars, which is strange. The staff is helpful and pretty neat, but I had to remind them of the need to replenish the coffee supply in the room in a timely manner, after which I found a whole mountain of coffee bags. Coffee, I must pay tribute, is delicious. The hotel is located next to Al Jadaf metro station. From there, there is only one stop to the boat station, where you can take a boat and comfortably get to the Dubai Festival City Mall. There is shopping, and eating, and watching a show of fountains with lasers in the evening. We liked it. At the same time, it is quite inexpensive and fast to get there. From the same metro station you can get to any part of the city and to any area, which is also pleasing. But there is one THING: the hotel is located in a completely unequipped area. You won't be able to take a walk here in the evening, unless you are a fan of construction sites, dirt, dust, constant traffic on the roads. There is definitely nothing to do with young children here. And the breakfasts can't be called full-fledged. The situation is saved by the proximity to the metro station, the fact that this is a new hotel, and the staff.
