An ordinary hotel. Breakfast without frills. What I didn't like: we lived on the 2nd floor, the windows facing the main entrance, the constant smell of cigarettes from the street, and at 6:00 a.m. garbage collection begins, food is delivered to numerous cafes and shops, and this is really loud. Because I couldn't sleep. I think it's much better on the upper floors.

Nice hotel! The staff is attentive and helpful! The room is small but well maintained, everything you need is available. From the window there is a good view of the street leading to the University, there are many places where you can have a snack. The breakfasts are not meager, quite varied and delicious!

The street is very active. From the window you can hear all the ringing of the street. But it was a plus for us. But in our opinion, the hotel was not very family-run, mostly rented, well, at least that's how we saw it. The remaining points are ok. But keep in mind that smoking is not allowed in the room and there is no balcony.
