I have been dealing with the Eden tour agency for many years. We also went through the times of covid, when trips hung up, and other unpleasant moments..And always, always, we found a way out of the situation!...One day our flight from Vitebsk was postponed to Gomel! A friend categorically stated that she would not fly! The operator Julia and her husband personally found a way out, took us to Mogilev, and there we got to Gomel and Egypt by transfer..And on the way back we were delivered in the same way .Unforeseen circumstances happen in every job..
