I applied to the store for a refund, wrote a statement, indicated a clear reason for how and as a result of which it broke. A few days later, I received a reply that they assessed the damage through a PHOTOGRAPH, and not in a visual way, and said that it had broken as a result of work, and not as I had indicated earlier, and refused to refund the funds. On the same day, I went to the store and asked the consultant to open a new reel in front of me, open the lid, and show me how to properly fill the fishing line. The consultant tried to open it for 5 minutes, but could not, after which he wanted to open it with some improvised means, and said that there might be a coil defect that could not be seen. Make a conclusion for yourself, the store is not responsible for the quality of its products.
