We checked in with my husband for two days. On the plus side: the staff is responsive, the receptionist is very nice. The hotel is clean, the room is small but tidy. The breakfast is delicious, but I would like something like a buffet, for self-selection. On the downside: there is no refrigerator in the room. But the biggest disadvantage is noise insulation! The people who move in there have no shame or conscience! Doors were slamming terribly loudly, you could hear plumbing, you could hear conversations, it felt like these people were in the same room with you.🤦🏻♀️ Noisy content on the fun. There's also a bar next door. Definitely not for a family stay. And if you plan to get enough sleep, then I don't recommend it!

I stopped by for 2 nights. I arrived at 6 a.m. on the day of check-in ... all rooms were occupied for early check-in. I was very warmly welcomed and fed a huge breakfast. By 11 a.m., my room had already been prepared and an early check-in had been arranged. Nice compact hotel in a convenient location. The room has a kettle, a safe, and a water cooler on the floor. The rooms are compact, without frills, but quite decent and comfortable.

The hotel is located in the Seasons residential complex, it takes 5 minutes to walk from the bus stop, if you take the 53 bus, then the "Palace of Martial Arts" stop. The staff is very polite, the rooms are compact, but everything you need is there: a tea station, a TV, a heater, a safe, a private bathroom and even snow-white bathrobes and slippers. There is a brush with paste and soap in the dispenser in the bathroom. The bed linen is all clean, the mattress is firm, the pillows are also elastic, of course I like them softer, but for someone it will be a plus. There is a cooler with hot and cold water in the hallway. Breakfast is from 07:00 to 10:30 on the 1st floor, complex, they bring you porridge, omelette with cucumber and cheese, tea or coffee to choose from, yogurt, butter and bread are already on the table. Delicious and satisfying, I had enough. There is a construction site nearby, you can't hear it, but the neighbors in other rooms can be heard perfectly, even when they are talking on the phone.

I stayed for 5 nights at this hotel. I liked everything: both the room and the breakfast and the girls are responsive and friendly. The location suited me very well. I walked in one direction from the hotel, to the center and in the other to the energy museum. The only disadvantage for women is the lack of an elevator. It was hard to go up to the 3rd floor with a suitcase, and then go down. For men, no problem)

The room was not very clean, the bedside mats ... it is better not to stand on them, there is hair on the floor, a lot of dust, for 2 nights no one even tried to clean the room, take out the trash, disposable sets, by the way, turn into reusable ones, no one updates them. There would be no complaints if room cleaning was not stated in the offer of the hotel. The second point is that we arrived as a company and rented 2 IDENTICAL rooms, paid the same amount for them, BUT one of the rooms was larger in size and had a larger bed..it was a little unpleasant, they gave me an answer to my question: both rooms belong to the same category and could not understand my indignation in any way, they did not offer help, nothing!! Breakfasts: one menu is stated on the website, another in the room, in fact, the third one at all, But, in fact, breakfast is very tasty, especially porridge. Overall, the impression is good, but it could be better, in the price-quality ratio it is generally excellent.

We left early in the morning and breakfast was prepared for us, without any questions, we asked and took everything in the morning, only we need our own container! And the location of the hotel is very advantageous, we walked to the Expo exhibition, then took a bus to the Baiterek monument, walked along the Arbat, visited Khan Shatyr and walked to the hotel. We can say that the hotel is in the center of all the interesting places of Astana! Next to the entrance to the hotel, there is an entrance to the bar, so you can relax without going far from "home"!
