The only advantage is the variety of entertainment. Cons: the only employee in the room is an older woman, no one is looking after security, the children do what they want (parents too). The floors in the balls are bare along the hedges and slides, it's easy to stumble, and the gym is generally swollen. Bracelets are not checked - come in who you want. In my opinion, 2 employees for the entire center is not enough if they were still looking around themselves. Half a year ago, we considered this place to celebrate our daughter's birthday: we came to consult, the cashier could not tell us anything or call someone who could advise. For all questions, "read on the website!", for animation, "call, they'll tell you!", for location, "go and see for yourself." We came specifically for a personal consultation, and as a result, we turned around and went to another center, where the administrator gave us time.

We celebrated the birthday of the eldest daughter on 11/23/2025 in Marmeland at the Diamand shopping center. This was the last time, in the context of this plan, no more foot or hand. As he was about to leave, a boy was riding a carousel (spinning with dangling seats) incorrectly, holding on with his hands, and knocked my youngest daughter down with a swing, resulting in a broken arm. Like that. It seems like there's a sign at the reception saying parents are looking after children. Yeah. And where are the employees who have to control the whole process anyway????? I stood there looking at her, but there was no way I could have saved her from what had happened. And this boy has been running around and behaving dangerously for others for a long time. Perhaps his parents weren't looking after him... I didn't see a single employee in the hall, the three of them were sitting at the reception, the cashier and two in the form of marmalade....Sadness. Parents, beware of these places! Especially on weekends!!!

06/14/2025, we visited this institution. The mood is completely ruined. Not only is there no phone payment, but the administrator is also incompetent. The receptionist is young and probably not experienced. There was a conflict. She asked for a ZIP, and they said she wasn't there. The supervisor's number was not provided (although yes, they should not), but in conflict situations there should be someone who will help you figure it out. After about 20 minutes, the book was provided. I wrote a review. On the same day, at 20:00, a woman called me. She didn't introduce herself. She started saying that I had brought her administrator to tears. I'm generally to blame for ruining her mood. The receptionist girl is working for the first day and I had to figure it out somehow myself. I didn't hear an apology. The leader is a boor! It's not the receptionist's fault- she wasn't even taught where the ZIP is. From this, I conclude that even the initial briefings were not given to her, and it is unlikely that there are such magazines required by the security service at this place.
