The opening hours are from 10:00 a.m., and there was already a technical break at 10:30 a.m. After waiting for 15 minutes, the young man returned. The request was to block the SIM card. He said that they are not blocking (although this information is nowhere to be found), and sent it to the branch at the train station. I called the call center, where they told me that he had to give me an application to switch to another tariff plan, in which after a while the SIM card locks itself. As a result:a lot of wasted time. I don't know why the employee didn't offer me an alternative option. Apparently he didn't want to work and urgently needed to eat.

You tricked your sister!!! We sold an old Samsung A53 phone instead of A55 for 1762 rubles in installments with a payment of 76.65rubles per month, when the price on the official MTS website is much lower with a payment of 60 rubles per month! But it's not even the price, but the fact that I specifically told my sister to go and buy an a55 and the seller slipped an old phone, which is not even available in official MTS salons anymore. SCAMMERS!!!! To summarize the review, this is not an MTS, but a dealership with inflated prices! And the MTS signboard that misleads customers!
